We had an absolutely perfect experience during our Christmas holiday! The room was large, cozy, warm, and modern—an ideal place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The entire experience felt magical, from the festive atmosphere to the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and delightful holiday stay!

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the city center but still quiet and chilled out. The courtyard is lovely, and our room was modern, comfy and clean. The breakfast was varied, though I do wish there were some more cooked options. The staff were all super friendly and very helpful, giving us information about the city and recommendations on where to visit.

The door to the bathroom was a sliding barn door, which was a little strange. I also didn't love that the windows in our room looked directly into the seating area in the courtyard, since we were on the ground floor.

Located near everything, we walked almost everywhere. Great breakfast. Comfortable and cozy. Corridors always smell nice. The Receptionist who checked us in was kind, but Zsolt was the kindest, always willing to assist. Pretty little patio outside with great coffee and tea anytime you want.

Everyone else was as cold as the weather. Seems like doing a favor just saying good morning. Not used to that. Housekeeping didn't do much in the room (literally just barely madr the bed, changed trash bags and towels, dont expect anything else), 5 days and no change of sheets (my partner sweated every single night and they just came in and folded the blankets lol), no cleaning the floors, the bathroom, ... nada

Everything at our stay at the property was amazing. Mostly the staff! We have never experienced such a level of service and genuine support and hospitality in any other hotel. They helped us in every single detail of our trip to the extent of planning a full off town itinerary and writing it down their own hands! The hotel is very cozy and the room is very comfortable. Very nice breakfast and amenities. Nikki, Enci, Hedvig, Zsolt, Roland, Betti, Natasa, Enika, Marina, Tumi… Thank you all for making our stay an unforgettable one and for making us love Budapest… Will come back at Christmas…

Lovely little boutique hotel. Very clean, stylish and beautiful place. An excellent choice if you want to live a little away from the tourist bustle (near street with nice small restaurants).The staff is very friendly friendly. Breakfast has everything you need.

There is just a few recommendation. 1) Choose a superior room. The Comfort room is very cozy but too small for me. 2) Use only official taxi. The concierge ordered for us "private" ...It was not a taxi, old car out of any service for same money.

Me and my boyfriend had a lovely time in Hotel Beletage. The hotel enteriour and the room was tastefully decorated. At breakfast we could choose from a wide variety of food: from hot breakfast to continental selection and Hungarian favourites. Coffee machines at the breakfast area were accessible all day, and there was a kettle in the room too, along with glasses, cups and wine/beer opener. The location of the hotel was perfect: only 5 minutes walk from the metro and tram station. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Location is perfect - close to the city center but away from the noise of the main streets. We came here with a car and parked it close by, parking was 15 euros a day. Rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. They have thought about every detail. Staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was 10/10. There were lots of options and all were tasty.

One thing we noticed in our rooms - the doors to the bathroom where the toilet is, actually slide to the side and don’t close properly. There’s a gap of around 1 cm from the wall, which can make it a bit uncomfortable if there’s someone else in the room.

The rooms were spacious and bright, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The cleanliness of the place was outstanding, and the location couldn't have been better. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, we had an incredible stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation.

Very nice small hotel - and very close to many cities' attractions. Breakfast was perfect, personal very, very and very nice! Room was small but had all we need and plus A/C. Beds very comfortable and with A/C little noise we got very good sleep. Room was located just next to the reception what I was worried about, it could be loud during our stay, but it was all good and pleasant.

Nothing to complain about! Please remember, no parking place in this hotel. You can park in the city garage several blocks away. Hard to unload your luggage but hotel stuff is very helpful and nice.

The small cosy hotel had a beautiful interior and the location was great - we could walk to any sights and restaurants easily. The breakfast area in the small courtyard was really pretty and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Welcome snacks and drink were a nice touch. We were surprised how big the room was - while travelling around in Europe typically the rooms are very cramped but there was plenty of space. A big bonus was the air-conditioner that kept us alive in those hot summer days.
