The staffs are really helpful . The building didn't have an elevator/lift, so it would have been difficult if you have a few luggage to go up the stairs, but when we arrived , Ben from reception carried all our luggage to our suites. He's so kind. The late staff, Heni help us with some of our tour booking, she's excellent. The kitchen staff are also very accommodating. On our last day, they prepared an early breakfast for us since we had to leave before the usual breakfast time. The property is located near the Fisherman's Bastion which is only a few minutes walk. And when we went there, we had an excellent view of the Schulek Staircase.

The room was well appointed and looked very much like the photos. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice. We loved having the ability to cook in our room and had everything we needed for simple meals. The fridge and freezer were very large. We found the main bed to be very comfortable and the second bed, which was a sofa that folded out into a bed to be not as comfortable.

Our room was on the street level. It would get very warm in the evenings. We tried having the windows open to help cool the room, but being right on the street, we had to contend with smokers right by the windows and it is a very busy street with quite a bit of road nice all night.

Large apartment. All Ok.

Perfect location in the Castle District, just a short walk up to the Fisherman's Bastion and Matthias Church and a short walk down to the Danube River to look across to Parliament House. There was 24 hour reception for a small boutique hotel and all receptionists were friendly and helpful, many thanks to the team! The night-time manager when we checked in very kindly showed us to our room, how to use some of the amenities and printed out places for supper and the local supermarket. We had a really good chat with the day-time manager when we checked out. Charming breakfast in the conservatory and spacious room with powerful air conditioning and black-out shutter blinds.

Although located on a quiet street, occasional traffic with bass motor noise, internal plumbing and guest movements could be heard at night. But the perfect location and great staff really overcame these.

I liked the food and the fact that the staff was helpful, friendly, always smiling and trying to help us with whatever we needed (for example with the luggage or printing our tickets for the parliament visit).

The bed and pillows were too soft for my liking and the towels are changed only after 3 days (if you want it sooner than that, you have to pay)

Really great place, so spacious, lovely Appartments, staff were excellent, very helpful, gave us breakfast at 4:30am, really went above and beyond, I lady working the night shift even offer us water to take to the airport. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Nothing prefect for us

The room was very nice,big and comfortable. It is in a good area not far away from metro and tram. All the stuff in the reception was very kind and helpful.

Breakfast wasn't satisfying but the worst was the cleaning of the room. The toilet was filthy....we stayed 7 nights they changed the towels once and they didn't sweep the floor not even once....

The location was absolutely amazing. There was a playground right in front of the building. Fisherman's Bastion was a 2 min walk away which is absolutely beautiful and shows the most breathtaking view of Pest. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and big. The staff was very friendly. The 24 h reception is very convenient. Parking along the street worked out well for us and it was very easy to use the app to pay for it. Continental breakfast was great. Our big family definitely enjoy this stay.

There is no elevator. Be prepared to bring up suitcases to the third floor.

Breakfast was tasty. Excellent darjeeling tea's to choose in breakfast. Localisation was excellent. Very tiny distance to Halászbástya. The personnel was polite. Kitchen in room, big fridge and coffe express were very usefull.

I think, kitchen equipment wasn't too clean and it should be fixed. Chairs and floor ware exploited. Another thinks were good.

it is like a home away from home. The arrangement is perfect and warm welcoming despite of late arriving for check in. The guy done the check in so detailing explaining all 👍🏻so much appreciated ! The breakfast always serve my family with the best home breakfast we felt like home. even it is cool breakfast but good enough for us. Housekeeping never been forgetting to clean our room without asking and providing all needed. All are so perfect and would say lots of thanks to you and all staffs ! We felt so much comfort without any worry to stay with Milford the best choice we have made ! We definite come back again if coming back to Budapest !!!
