Excellent location, breathtaking view on Mátra, great, bright and quiet rooms with well working blackout curtains, helpful reception staff, well equipped children playroom, ice machine and drinking point in the wellness area, outdoor pools.

Meal selection was okay, but nothing special, also, refills were badly timed (only empty trays got changed, ice cream was too hard frozen), bread cutting desk missed a cloth sheet (or an instructions sign), so people touched the bread all the time, waiters were bored, wellness section is missing a cold pool, steam was extremely hot, children pool does not have any toys.

Location was fine. Breakfast was a classic one, with many options to choose, juices and coffee included. Dinner was also fine, but they are shutting down the juices machine to obligate you to buy from their restaurant water and sodas.

Nice location, ample parking, 5 sauna's of which 4 open, hot/cold shower trail, ice supplied beside sauna's, 2 pools (with times bubbles/water streams) + a children pool. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were very nice with plenty choice (see bf pictures). Staff all very friendly. Booked parkside room but received mountain view room 😃

Mainly everything was fine. Finn Sauna was closed between 17-18:00 for people buying a sauna ceremony session.(HUF9k) Both pools are about the same temperature. For comfort it would be nice if the warmest was just 2 degrees warmer.

Hotel is placed in very nice area. Spa were amazing and due to very few guests, I could enjoy swimming pools and saunas by myself 😉Breakfast and dinners had nice choices but was a but missing more diary free products.

I think that prices of beverages at dinner were quite high plus included service fees. Mattress was very soft but that’s very individual.

We loved everything. The facilities and services are excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The game rooms provided entertainment to kids between 5 and 16 years old. The restaurant is great and absolutely willing to accommodate different requests.

Allaround the stay and the accomodation was vergy good

Aircomsition could be improved, its capacity was moderate. The outside pool could be opened at 8:00 or earlier for swimmers (not for children and families). Now, with arguments that the noise bothers some guests it opens only at 9:00. Local topographic maps with running tracks and paths would be good for early morning joggers.

Staff was really polite, helpful and nice. Hotel room was amazing. Very quite area. The wellness area was well equipmented.

I didn't like the water temperature in the indoor pools. I constantly needed to move otherwise I was cold. I would change the water temperature higher at least in one indoor pool.

The staff were kind and tried to give information about activities in the surrounding area. The breakfast was good and there was variety. The dinner was also good in quality and their was variety even though the Hotel was not full during this period. The internet worked fine! The rooms were clean and big enough! The spa area was clean and not crowded.

There was not much you can do but go to the spa. I tried to find a trail to walk through the Matra. Having a car helps to explore the surroundings.

Unfortunately AC is not working properly, it was almost sauna in our rooms, at night it was a nightmare...and it was not the hotest days during our stay. In spa it could be cleaner, a lot dead insect and spider nets under the windows and sunbed.

it was very quiet and very clean. the pool was great. the whole family enjoyed the food and the staff were very polite and friendly. we chose as we have a family nearby but there are a lot of things to do very close as well as a great playpark so great for older and younger children.

the heating was up far too high and made it unpleasant to be inside at times especially in the room. the thermostat didn’t make a difference. the shower water was also not hot enough.
