Complimentary Bfast was good.

No network coverage in rooms both for BSNL and Airtel. Please update the reception contact number in the Booking.com Kindly provide 1 hour buffer for check out to Familly with Kids and Infants. Call to reception from the room sometimes not working. Please change the timings for the fitness area and swimming pool from 7 am to 7 pm as many of the tourists would like to visit some different places post 9 am .. You could have provided indoor games like Table tennis, Shuttle Cork, Carom, Chess etc. Play area needs little improvement (coluring notes).

Close to Benaulim beach - 8-10 mins walk. Stay was comfortable. Facilities and Pool were clean and well maintained. Staff was cooperative and helpful.

2 single beds were joined to form a double bed leaving a gap in between the 2 beds. A double bed could have been more comfortable. Pest control is needed as there were a lot of ants in the rooms and keeping food in the open was a problem. Breakfast options are a little low and need to be revisited. Cable TV was not working and issue could'nt be resolved.

Food quality at restaurant was great! Kids loved the pool too! Appreciate the free beach shuttle. All around good value for the money during September, though the monsoon rains are still a challenge.

Some days if you show up at the restaurant for breakfast around 9:30 to 10:30 there are zero seats available. Many people were eating while standing on the balcony and balancing their plates on the balcony railing. Absolutely no where for my children to sit and eat during this time. Also, our two bedroom suite had very little cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, etc. available in the kitchen. No hand towels given for wash rooms or in-suite kitchen either. If the bathrooms had any kind of shelving available to place toiletries that would be helpful too. Make sure not to leave a single food crumb anywhere in the room as ants will quickly find it. Some ant poison or spraying of balconies would be a good idea.

The resort is well kept and there is a lot of eye for detail maintained in all aspects. Entire place has a very positive vibe. The staff are very cheerful and happy to assist at all times. The breakfast buffet had a great spread. We enjoyed all of the dishes. Most certainly recommended to all people looking to escape the chaos of day to day life and wanting to stay in South Goa. Overall definitely a place to be pampered and well looked after.

I did not expect such a good breakfast and let me come to the point that this was the last resort I had handpicked which turned out to be the best, the surrounding, plantations, swimming pool and all so well maintained, I would surely come back here again.

The only thing though not a complaint but a suggestion to offer service rooms for anyone, especially for families with small kids arriving earlier than expected.

Very good proprty for groups n family with childtren..we stayed in apartment n it was well equipped with kitchen.. a washing machine can be a value added service would have been nice to have a washning machine too... staff is prompt to action service request.. another v important aspect is food - all meals we tastly n well enjoyed by everyone..also quantity served as v good..

There were some issues with elevator.. my father has mobility issue n had to walk down..

Property is well maintained, our 2 bedroom Apartment free upgraded to villa, which was amazing to stay with family. Staff, cleanness, breakfast, food everything was upto the mark. The nearest beach is just 600 meters , you can walk or take beach taxi which resort provide in every 1 hour. It hardly takes 3-4 mins to reach Trinity beach. Also property has their own cab service with really good drivers, we used it to go to palolem beach and had wonderful experience. Property is located in clam place with almost not traffic in south Goa. Highly recommended to families, group.

Only issue was with wifi, which is only available in outside common areas , it should be available in rooms, apartment and villas.

We got an 2 BHK Apartment at La Grace . It was not only value for money but comfy and cozy too with ample of parking space for our car. It’s just 10 min walk to Benaulim beach. The other plus are location with good food joints nearby most importantly Kadhar supermarket for daily groceries.

The breakfast spread was repeated and don’t offer much variety and selection

I booked two rooms for three nights. They upgraded one villa for my entire family. It was very nice😊. Staffs are very good on their service. Pool very clean and well maintained. Property very safe to stay with family....They have third party service for vehicle.

Morning complementary break fast good for vegetarians.. Little improvement is required on menu. Morning pool time to be started earlier at least 7:00.

Very good property and surrounding

Property needs little better maintenance. Staffs need some training 1. I asked for extra mineral water bottle and that process required to call me to reception even while I was ready to pay. (This is apart from the common sense, why are you providing default one bottle water while booking is for 3 persons) 2. Staff who handed over the room had no clue how A/C works. It was simple one switch, but only another staff was aware about it. 3. Too much emphasis on securing the property ( towel etc.). Assuming by default all guest are visiting to take away your towel gives wrong impression to your genuine guests. Thanks!
