Excellent location, luxurious place to stay & staff are very friendly & kind helpful.

The location of the property was very good as it was in the Centre of the city and proved to be very helpful when traveling within the city. The hotel staff were very accommodating, especially considering that we were traveling with an infant.

The hotel driveway is something that could be improved (subject to the space available) because entering and exiting the premises in a vehicle can take long if there are many guests visiting the location.

The location and the people working there.everyone were very good and they made it very easy.

That the restaurant has very very limited options but you can zomato which made it easy.only lacking was a restaurant which serves all kinds of food ..

Location was a quick walk to get to the shops on Brigade Road and Church Street. Only 10 mins and a cheap ride in an auto to Commercial street. The breakfast was fabulous. I didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked top class. The pool is beautiful although I didn't get the opportunity to take a dip Staff were friendly and helpful from the porters, to the reception, the kitchen and cleaning staff. A well oiled machine and I will return

I stayed for 1 week. The staff It is almost unbelievable but all the staff gave me a good experience right form the start. From doorman to security to reception and breakfast staff , even the omelette station crew was good. Whoever is hiring or training staff for this hotel, keep up the good work. You have some really good people there. The location It is pretty central and close to most places you'd like to see. You can we to commercial street and some small stores and shops. It is right beside a College so the surroundings is always busy but safe. The room Always cleaned up and the staff always asks in the hallway if I need it cleaned. Every day, always. The breakfast I feel that it has a good selection and it also changed everyday which was really great. I also like the omelette station, it was really nice. Make sure you order the dosa, surely kooks good. Service in the area was also great. The attendees were hospitable and sincere. Helpful and accommodating.

You need to keep the AC on to make sure the room does not get stuffy.

I was there with my family for 4 days and it was a pleasant experience. I've been to Bangalore before and stayed in other hotels but IRIS is different. From the time we checked-in it felt like home. Reception and support staff are courteous, rooms and breakfast - value for money, location is exceptional, lot of shopping options by foot, all modes of transport within a stone throwing distance. Lot of positives. There was a small issue with the bathroom which was not a major thing so I asked them to fix it before the next guest checks-in.

Adherence to Brigade Road and MG Road , the Iconic Church Street and at centre of city . Good Restaurant (Mani Chef Restaurant at the Ground floor ) and appreciable breakfast buffet at the 5th floor with good City view..

Nothing as such ., felt met the expectations. But the Charges per day are quite very high.

The best part about this hotel is the location, bang right in the middle of the most important place - MG Road and Brigade road, with everything in the vicinity. Everything is perfect from the stay to the location.

The hotel should have a bit more variety for breakfast and food options. The quality and options in the breakfast was too less and very average.

THE ROOM WAS GREAT, CLEAN, AND SERVICES WERE GOOD. WE HAD A GREAT STAY. WE DIDN'T HAVE BREAKFAST FROM THERE. BUT HAD LUNCH AT THE RESTAURANT ON THE SAME PREMISES " CHEFF PILAIS" FANTASTIC FOOD. WILL SURELY USE THIS PROPERTY IN THE FUTURE AS IT IS CENTRALLY LOCATED AND VERY ACCESSIBLE.

This property is an excellent value for the money. The location is perfect with effortless access to Churches, ATMs, Colleges, Brigade road, MG Road, Church Road, and Quality shopping. The breakfast is good but limited dishes. The room is good with all the needed amenities.

The Television inside the room doesn't have enough channels. Most channels (Tata Sky) are locked as the hotel has subscribed to the free/basic package.
