Within the congested city of Bengaluru, Radisson Blu Atria is situated on the edge of the Cubbon Park. There are amazing tall flowering trees and greenery around and the park is a great place to walk, especially in the mornings. The rooms are spacious and neat, the food is what one expects from a hotel of this category and the staff are truly helpful. I had trouble with my wifi and the manager of Radisdon Blu Atria, Bengaluru personally assisted me. I got to know a great personality and I sincerely appreciate this attitude of coutresy and helpfulness.

The disco music... I like the boom boom boom in a bar, but not in the lobby and not during breakfast. I was told the choice of music is made by the concern globally. But dear CEO, pls think about it. Do we need boom boom boom after a tiring meeting or conference? Or for breakfast at 7 am?

I went there along my family (my wife and 6 month Old Baby). The best part is the service and hospitality. They prepared special breakfast for my baby on request. Provided the necessary cutlery. Felt safe and Calm.

Initially when I did the check-in, there was a difference in booking.com final rate and the price told at the check-in desk. After a day, on inquiry again with the reception desk, they agreed with the booking.com final amount. It would have been great if such manual price difference practices are not done at the time of check-in.

I would like to mention Muklesur. R. the staff at the exit. He knew my Ola taxi number and it didn't stop there, he was courteous and offered me help with my trolley luggage (of course these days we carry our bags but then I couldn't say no) and what pleasantly surprised me and hence my effort to write this review, he said "I will take you to your taxi" and he knew exactly where my vehicle was (it was next to perhaps 4/5 vehicles. And this is during a time when guests' checkouts or guests commuting for work seemed quite high (between 9am-10 am). I sincerely appreciate Muklesur. R's conscientiosness, courtesy and his human skills to communicate. Having stayed and travelled to many places, locations and staying in the best of the hotels over many years this was my first such experience. Also attaching his photo which I ofcourse took his permission and clicked. Wish you the very best in your life! And also my best wishes to rest of the staff. The security staff (don't recall his name - on duty late evening) even helped me with my order from Zomato (the delivery guy was clueless about the entrance).

The shower operations in the bathroom can get simpler. It wasn't seamless. The cafe served tea for me and coffee for my friend / guest and both the beverages had scope for improvement.

The hotel has good standards. It's modern, easy access to everywhere in the city, comfy beds.

The reception guy at check-in took 20 minutes to process my AMEX payment. He kept using the wrong machine and telling me with a dumb face that the payment was declined, which is impossible as the card has an unlimited credit. Not only he was unexperienced but he also had attitude and was getting annoyed when I asked to change card machine. Honestly, you should train your staff better. I then came back when another guy was there, and in one second my payment was done. I wouldn't come back again.

Room was nicely decorated and organized and with a lot of space. It had large bathroom with all the accessories. The bed was very comfortable. Food at the restaurant was very very good and varied at every meal. The bar meetup had a great atmosphere and excellent selection of drinks Staff was very nice, professional, approachable and attentive, at any post.

Minor improvement for next time... The shower water was worm, but it would be nicer if it could be hot, or hotter. The wifi seem to block some websites outside of India, but I am not sure how solvable it can be, as it might be the country's service provider and not the hotel's responsibility. The outside open-air pool could be cleaner to swim, and the water had a little bit weird smell. (maybe to do with the sanitizing chlorine, or maybe it's just me)

Very good location, not far from the center of Bangalore. We had a really good time at Radisson Blu Atria, the staff was really nice especially Thariun with whom we had a great time at the Whiskey Bar. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. During check-in they said only one person had access to the happy hour (6pm to 8pm) at the Whiskey Bar even though the booking of the business class room was for 2 people. Thankfully, they helped us and managed to give access to the Whiskey Bar for the 2 of us. Thank you👍🏽

Breakfast was excellent! A true South Indian feast to start every morning! The staff were brilliant - always willing to help and go out of their way to help us! The gentleman at the front desk - Soumyorup - he went FAR and BEYOND any service we expected. That level of service and hospitality is not something you see everywhere! Please look after this gem of a person!!

Staff was very attentive and helpful and went out of their way to be of assistance. I started feeling under the weather shortly after arrival and they got me a covid test, which was super helpful. Gangadhar was also really great, making sure I had plenty of water (a must when you have a cold)!

The beds were like others I have had in India, but unfortunately these are a bit too firm for me and were hard to sleep on.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Made our stay very comfortable.

The fixture in the bathroom were very flimsy. There was only a very small sofa in the room on which only one person could sit at a time, giving less options to sit when travelling as a family. Having some accessibility aids in thr bathroom and loo would have made it easier for the older members in our group.

The property is great. Breakfast was excellent What truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service, especially from the front office staff. A special mention goes to Mr. Sagar E, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. His warm welcome, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel genuinely cared for and valued as a guest.
