Very helpful staff

A bit dusty. The rugs in the rooms needs to be changed. It collects too much dust.

There are lots of variety of food in the breakfast. I love the masala tea and the coffee is awesome. There are lots of options of food to have in the breakfast and separate order also can be placed in the breakfast. I also love the concept of tea time during 16:00 to 18:00 accompanied by snack and cookies, where you can't find in many hotels at Bangalore.

I have a story with Sterling MAC hotel. The staff is very helpful, and I feel home there. This is my 5th stay at Sterling MAC and can't find anything to change.

The location and the environment maintained inside.there is enough space for daily walkers...staff is extremely polite and cooperative,with personal attention to every details n comfort. Location is ideal for those seeking medical advice next door.overall it is an excellent experience of hospitality here..

since space inside is closed space and centrally airconditioned,open cooking in dining space emanates some smell which is felt infront of rooms.a separate exhaust system can avoid this.

Very good restaurant, very comfortable beds. Nice outdoor area however in need of make over, good location, intersting surroundings, nice and friendly staff, especially the women

Communication between higher staff and lower staff must be impoved to live up to 5 star rating. It was a surprice every day on number of towels and asking higher staff always resulted in too many or too few towels. Seems lower staff are not allowed to 'think and be resonsible for room set up'. Worned down facilities (after covid close down). Cousions missing/bad condition at terrace, flower wall in pool area looking awful sad, board floor in terrace needs repair and maintenance

It was really good. There are variety of breakfast options available in this hotel. Staff and management are very cooperative, and my stay was really pleasant.

Though it's my work visits to Bengaluru and stat at Sterlings mac, but I had to take my family as well and extra cost i need to bear from my pocket personally. If this can be taken care to give some discount would really appreciate

Breakfast was excellent and the location was also good. The staff at front desk and at breakfast were very helpful and kind, and I would love to visit again. Special callout to the breakfast staff and the duty manager. I had left some personal effects in my room, and when I had called back to the front desk the next day, they were able to immediately find my things and keep it safely at the lost and found, until I could send someone to pick it up.

On level C, pigeons in swimming pool.The wooden track loosely fitted n traces of cigarette buds under the wooden track..high risks to catch fire..No privacy while swimming in the pool. A cover fixed on top of swimming pool will prevent neighbours in surrounding buildings to have pool view

Staff friendliness, Security. NEAT Inhouse SPA & masseuse did a good job.

There is no micro wave inside suits to heat up food. Pigeons were enjoying the swimming pool in morning hence didn'tfeel like using pool inspite of carrying swim wear.

Excellent rooms and courteous and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was extensive with a different menu every day! Our dining experience was outstanding with very caring staff and chefs who accommodated our dietary needs. Of note, Shimty, Sweety, Amit, and Dinesh went out of their way to enhance our hospitality experience. Housekeeping was also terrific.

Everything was superb. I was there for a dental implant surgery and inform them in advance. The staff ensued that I had the right care, cold pack, customised food. Excellent service with a smile, especially the team of Ms Swity. On top I got a free upgrade to a deluxe suite
