Cleanliness , staff responsiveness,

Breakfast service could improve in terms of refilling etc. There is no clean washroom while waiting for the room to get ready. The one rest room available is used by the customers at the restaurant outside and it was totally dirty. Was first allotted room 101 and on my request was shifted to another room because of loud music from planb restaurant.

The rooms were small and cosy and clean. Good value for money. The location is fantastic, it's close to everything on Indiranagar 100 ft road. The best thing is it's right next to Plan B, but you won't hear any noise in your room.

It can get a little claustrophobic especially if you get a room with a window that faces the building. You can't open the windows either. There's not much room to move around in. All the staff were very very sweet, except for one receptionist who was very rude, for absolutely no reason. His entire attitude just soured the experience. Also, If you get a visitor to your room even for 5 minutes they have to sign in and share their Aadhar card over email, which I found ridiculous.

Great stay here. All the amenities you could think of and very well attended by kapil and the rest of the team. Very clean, decent air conditioning and wifi connection and a the breakfast is very tasty. I stay 5-6 days a month here. Its close to all major food joints and the location is amazing. Every staff made me feel very welcome and made sure the stay was comfortable. From the security to the receptionist and the janitor, everyone was very courteous and helpful. I would recommend the place to anyone who comes for work oe leisure in the Indiranagar locality in Bangalore. Walkable distance to almost every prime spots in Indiranagar.

Could have provided a small space for keeping clothes. For someone who was traveling for work for about a week i found it little inconvenient that I didn't have a space to keep my clothes.

Easy to reach very helpful staff

The usual cleaning could have been little better, like some corners did have some visible dust and the curtain in the bathroom had small stains too which was a little meh.

Excellent location. The staff was really good. They made sure to accommodate me for an early check-in(make sure to mention it while booking). Rooms were clean.

The size of the room could've have been slightly bigger. The queen size bed does accommodate two people but feels slightly cramped.

Great staff. Drinking water available on every floor. Great location.

Coffee & tea selections were minimal but didn't matter as the location is next to so many wonderful options.

I would like to specifically mention that Khemraj, Ali and all the other staff were exceptional in their service.

Room size. Very small, could be bigger and the channel choices on the TV were very basic.

Loved the overall experience and the proximity to all major points in the city made it easy to commute. Highly recommend it to solo women travellers as it’s very safe.

Location is lovely. Rooms are tiny but comfy.

Team is good. But it was strange that they requested for tips. Seemed like the team is really not paid well. We are not used to staff asking for tips in India. We rather believe that the owners should pay them well and not leave them at the mercy of tips. Personally I really do not like the tip culture at all. It’s a very western concept and takes the dignity out of a job.
