The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every part of my stay was enjoyable. The room was well-maintained. I opted for a room with a large terrace — offering a beautiful view surrounded by greenery, without much noise disturbance. A pleasant experience, highly recommended!

The staff were extremely courteous and held my luggage for me. They didn't charge me for breakfast even though it wasn't in the package I had taken. FYI: I only wanted to stay 6am to 11am but had made a full day/night reservation.

The rooms could use a freshen up.. paint , accessories etc were old and looked it. Towels had stains which were scary but probably sanitised.

Extremely helpful and responsive staff, comfortable bedroom and a working air conditioner. They ensured that all our deliveries reached us on time

Water temperature could only be set between very hot or very cold and very low water pressure

The staffs are polite and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The check in and check out are done without stress. The room, the bed and the washroom are all very clean nad hygienic. The location is also a good choice. You can get everything nearby the hotel. I really recommend this hotel to anybody for a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was idli, sambar and chutney. Or egg omelette and two toasts with jam. It is fixed breakfast delivered to the room. Breakfast is ok but there are many options near by if you don't want they are offering. They deliver tea also to the room, but it gets a bit luke warm by the time it is delivered. There is an electric kettle but no stuff to make tea but if you carry tea bags etc you can make your tea. No fridge in room but electric kettle was welcome. Nice and clean bathroom but no toilet paper. Hot water available at all times. Maybe they will give toilet paper if asked because the staff was so friendly and helpful. Liked the place a LOT and would definitely recommend it to others. Booked Deluxe room. Kunal at the reception and Ganesh who brought us things to the room like bottles of water and plates and spoons etc were so helpful and friendly. Stayed in 208 which has a lovely balcony overlooking the road and had a fridge. Traffic might be a problem (but not very heavy) but its still nice to have a balcony. Room no. 103 did not have a balcony but was neat and clean. Room no. 203 had a balcony overlooking the side road and park which was also nice. But there is a tea shop on that road and s many people there and so not much privacy to sit out in the balcony but it is nice that it overlooks the park. Lovely tea place called Infinitea on the ground floor. All rooms airconditioned and ACs worked fine. If rooms had fans, wouldn't even need AC in Bangalore weather.

Some of the bed linen could be a bit cleaner. Bathroom needs toilet paper, which they might have given if we had asked. We were six people occupying 3 rooms. But overall very clean bathrooms and rooms. Had electric kettle which worked fine but wish they had tea bags etc to make tea in the room. Again, they might have given if we asked.

Location is fantastic. The staff is very helpful. They go out of their way to offer excellent customer service. For a hotel in Indira Nagar, you get a pretty decent rate.

Nothing fancy here. The bed is actually very hard, not comfortable at all. Nor are the pillows. The staff could be more careful about leaving stuff in the hallways and stairways.... Doesn't really look great to where a hotel to see boxes and junk around corners. The AC works but needs a serious makeover.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great with a choice of places to eat right around the hotel.

I asked for a balcony and didn't get one. In fairness, they offered to move me the next day, but I didn't want to disrupt my plans. The room could use a bit of freshening.

The free wiffi was so good that I can do anything.......It was so speedy... more than 30mbps.... The location was owesome. Out side area is so clean so peaceful. U can by anything nearby for your day to day activity. Even if you prefer fruits...

The rooms were spacious and with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

This is my second time staying at this property. I booked this from booking dot com and the reviews helped me a lot to make this choice. Good location on the main road. Staff are good and helpful and courteous.
