The property was very good most importantly the staff members made a real difference, My apologies that I couldn't remember all the names of Valency who led his team, Ajay and Sandeep throughout breakfast lunch and dinner valency and his team looked after my 16-month-old, very thoughtful. Prashant the Housekeeping manager was a terrific very polite and helpful gentleman. Prashant your team is great and works clockwise which is great. The Front Office team was again very helpful and Manager Varun who led his team of Dina who was in the lobby was very helpful Geeta at reception and all the night team at reception was very helpful again

Nothing like that honestly.

The rooms are clean and a very good size. The pool area is great and the pool bar staff are very attentive. The breakfast is fairly standard but the restaurant meals are very good.

The check-in process was slow and painful. They charged a card for the booking in advance (which was good) but then needed the same card again (which I was not carrying). They then reversed the original charge (which I am still waiting on) and charged the card I had. The card machine was often down and they do not inspire any confidence.

Everything the room was lovely, the staff were really helpful. we had an issue with the air conditioning and when we reported it someone was round fixing it within minutes. breakfasts were lovely and relaxed

The first couple of days the sunbeds round the pool were all taken very quickly but some of them were then empty for hrs

The breakfast was well presented and there was a variety of different dishes for all nationalities. The room was kept to a high standard and was cleaned daily. There laundry service is also excellent and it is good that it is reasonably priced so you don't have a suitcase full of dirty washing going home, which is nice. The pool is well maintained and supervised whilst open as you will always get one person trying to play the idiot and go in full of alcohol, but the staff were on the ball ensuring that safety is there main priority. The music that was put on catered for Indian and well as international musicians during my stay and the musicians that played there were good, and the musician that played on the 16/02/23 was of high standard. The attention to detail was second to none as I celebrated my birthday there and was pleasantly suprised as the decorated my bed with petals and leaves and made a lovely arrangement, they also went well and beyond that by representing me with a lovely cake and my special thanks to Goieth, Sunita, Biswash, Amit and Gemini for making it such a special day for me. Just one last thing before I go my special thanks also to Varun Tara, who is a credit to the Radisson Group. last but not least a big thank you to Bonny the Pool Bar barman, who is not only a lovely person but will always try and accommodate your requests. Totally enjoyed my time there and will be booking it again in the next couple of months.

Only one thing that I would like to mention, it is not a complaint or anything, but the night shift staff are not the most attentive and tend to ignore your requests if they don't understand, for which I think that they would benefit from maybe a more experienced person on duty as there reception is kept busy 24 hours and whilst I appreciate that everyone has to learn there role and english language to accommodate there guests, this is why I think that it is important for someone to be there who is fully conversant with the english language.

The warmth and hospitality of the Resort staff. Ever willingness to help, and specific mention of the Palm restaurant staff, Divyanka, Mohamad Ali, Dipak, and Palash & Shibu, will be out of place. They were always on their toes to help us in serving the food..

There is no Resort car service for airport pick up and airport drop. For everything and anything we had to cross the road, and take the taxi from the stand. The drivers because of their union, are very arrogant and their charges are very high. The resort must have car services, and we will be more than happy to pay the cab charges. Resort should also have a in house SPA.

The staff were great and very pleasant each day. Good location between the busier drinking street or go the other was and you get quieter restaurants and bars

Only discovered they had cushions for the pool loungers on the last day, had 3 days of uncomfortable tanning. Which we’d asked for the cushions earlier or been offered them

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and also the staff was very, very friendly and professional. We got a very warm welcome when we arrived in the hotel. We could sleep very well, the rooms were quiet. We absolutely enjoyed our visit.

Nothing to mention. Maybe the pool area needs a bit of renovation (tiles).

Service of the staff was very impressive. They were prompt, responsive and attentive to their customers. Special mention goes to Sayantani from front office and Aseem from housekeeping and others as well. The property was completely occupied and despite the stress the front office staff has been very responsive. The restaurant manager Dharmendra and his team Shishpal, Mukesh, Rinku and others were extremely cordial , courteous and prompt , despite the demand of delighting customers always the level of energy they have displayed throughout the day starting from breakfast at 7 am to the close of the restaurant at 11.30 PM was very inspiring. Their passion to offer customer delight at every encounter has been marvelous.

I felt that the authorities concerned are a bit lenient when it comes to the using the swimming pool, I recommend that they make it compulsory for their guests to use only swimming costumes and they should not be allowed to take their drinks in the vicinity of the pool.

Excellent food, lovely room, attention to detail with welcome beer on arrival. Restaurant staff amazing.

we asked hotel to book us a taxi for 3.30 am departure and assumed they had book a reliable person they worked with but seemingly just booked with someone on the street who did not turn up. was very stressful trying to organise another at that time of the morning and worrying if we like miss our flight.

Courteous staff and cleanliness. I would like to give a shoutout to the manager Varun and Tara were very supportive when our kid fell sick. They helped us with the cab to the hospital and kept checking on the recovery of the kid. The personal note for the Speedy recovery along with the fruit basket to the room was very heartwarming. They ensured a smooth check out for us too. Barring the health condition, the stay at the property was very pleasant.
