It's our first time in India. We had a taxi driver waiting for us at the airport (all organized by the hotel).He showed us some things all the way to the accommodation. Very friendly and professional! The accommodation was really tidy and organized. The ladies at the front desk (Anni and Preti, I can't spell their name correctly, sorry) were super friendly, helpful and organized few things to us, like taxis, restaurant, sightseeing tour with tuktuk. I totally recommend that tour! We never expected so many things to see in one town! It was fantastic!Our driver was amazing! 10 out of 10! Just take some cash and credit card with you. The shopping is outstanding! The room was great with a very comfortable bed. Aircon and fan. Refill bottle of water (no plastic). Toilet included toiletries and towel. All very clean! We felt so welcomed! There's a very nice vegetarian restaurant at the hotel, and the beach, local restaurants and beach market are only a few steps away. I super recommend this hotel!

I never like when we leave.

Our stay here for two days was the perfect start to our tour of Kerala. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Towels and extra toilet roll provided when asked for. The vegetarian restaurant at the front of the building serves excellent food and we enjoyed our breakfast of fruit, omelette and toast - Dosa and curry was an option of preferred. Anne is a great host, she took time to explain the area, gave us good recommendations and helped us when we had a query with some shopping.

The staff at the hotel are very helpful, Ann gave me tips and information for the local area, and arranged an airport pick up and a very good driver for my next destination. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is located in a perfect quiet place, 2 mins from the beach, and a few mins walk to the main streets of Fort Kochi. There is a great restaurant attached serving a good breakfast and delicious food at other times of the day.

The place was centrally located and easy to find. The owners Dexter and Ann were super friendly and helpful. They were ready to share information and help us get the necessary bookings. The Rooms were decent with clean bathrooms. Overall a decent place to stay

The breakfast needed serious improvement - the booking.com site mentioned good breakfast but it was not up to the mark at all. We were given an option of 2 thin Dosas or 3 bread slices with 1 egg omelet. if you are pure vegetarian then you are sure to go hungry. One of the days we were served Appams which was super cold and was not pleasant to eat. If this was the first time you were eating appams then it would have scarred you for life. Apart from that they need to provide bath towels based on the number of people - if the room accommodates 2 people then ideally we should get two towels and not 1 towel to adjust.

The owner and her staff were amazing-very informative about places to see, helpful in ever way and so sweet and friendly: nothing was too much trouble! The location was perfect. Meters from the Arabian Sea Esplanade and a short stroll to the quaint shops, book sellers, massage spas, restaurants coffee shops and tourist attractions. I loved my room, the balcony and the seating on the roof which gives one a view of the sea. A special extra was the scale to weigh your suitcases! So useful and 1st time I’ve ever seen this in a lobby. I highly recommend this beach inn.

Nothing-all was great!

The stuff it was very clean but the wather unfortunately, not there everywhere in india, i had a bad reaction from it, alergy, but is just me, otherwise everything is very good, the food verry hood and also fresh! Again the stuff is very nice and ready to help if you need

They didn't had a pool, if they would have it would be much better

Great location, close to everything in Fort Kochi. Staff is accommodating and helpful--they helped arrange a boat tour of the Alleppey backwaters, plus a driver to get us there. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant is tasty and very filling. Also, good AC and fans in the rooms.

Wifi didn't work very well (maybe because of power outages in Kochi?) But this is a small issue

The location was perfect and allowed access to many central streets and places. It was tucked away from the main road and so was quite peaceful. Ann, the overall incharge of looking at guests needs was extremely pleasant and helpful. She was very well informed about local places. The other staff at Coriander, the attached restaurant were also very responsive and helpful.

Placement of electrical fittings in the room especially on the headrest.

It was a great experience staying at The Fort Kochi Beach Inn. Ms. Ann, Mr. Fabien and Mr. Dexter are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathroom are well maintained, clean and has good amenities. Was surprised to find Netflix on TV. Breakfast provided is fresh and sufficient. It is located within close proximity to the main attractions. We loved our stay from the beginning to the end. Thank you for the lovely stay. 😊

We stayed for 10 days. It wasn't long enough. The staff treated us like family and were always sharing ideas on how to enjoy our day and make the most of our time. The staff were all amazing! Fabin, Dexter and Ann were very welcoming and so helpful! The breakfast was very delicious and nutritious. The staff in the restaurant were all very kind and helpful. We hope to come back again next year!
