We absolutely loved the staff at breakfast and dinner although there were limited options and some dishes were on repeat, Lida and her team were always ready to help it was a lovely experience and they were extremely accommodating.

The front desk team was miserable and unhelpful they were the complete opposite of the restaurant team.

Decent location, very neat and clean modern looking hotel. Nice views from the room. Food was sumptuous and the indian dishes were all tasty. Gym, swimming pool and spa facilities were also available which was a plus.

The only drawback was the hotel had limited or slightly restricted space outside the building.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic with an excellent variety of choices, and the staff were exceptional and proactive - especially Gayathri, Sayanti, and others at the restaurant.

Some of us kept having dust allergies while in some of the rooms, which is likely dust from the air conditioning or the carpets. That was the only drawback about the stay.

the manager Mr. Nithin. his professionalism is the reason I’m giving this stay a positive review.

I checked in late due to my flights arrival time. when I checked in, I found that the bedsheets were filthy and had stains all over them. also the chairs were filthy. i reported this to property with photos. i had to request for a bed sheet change that night. the manager Mr. Nithin called me up the next day and sorted everything and even upgraded my room. a real professional and class act. he is the reason I am giving this stay a positive review.

1. Excellent staff from front-desk to house-keeping. 2. Restaurant staffs are very friendly and well mannered. (Names of Gopika & Momi are to be specially mentioned) 3. Many choices available in food ( Indian, Chinese, traditional Kerala..) 4. Overall a genuine place to stay.

Apart from the slightly bad smell in the Corridor, nothing else to mention.

Rooms are comfortable and spacious considering we book suit room. Location is good. Food and breakfast is decent

Overall the stay was good including breakfast in the morning. The restaurant manager (can't remember name of the lady) was very nice and proactive, as in she wouldn't wait for her team member to execute a particular task but she would just do it even though she is not supposed to do it or not her responsibility. Coffee was also good. I have stayed in so many hotels in India and no one has been able to make good coffee ready to drink from the flask... 20/10 for the coffee

The location is conveniently located. It was easy to get to the airport at Nedumbassery on time for the flight. The hotel has good facilities.

We had booked two adjacent rooms for our stay. However, when we arrived, it was told that the rooms have been allocated to other guests and we need to wait or return after sometime. Hence we went for visit to nearby places, and returned for late checkin which was a hassle.

Comfortable bed and pillows, nice bathroom with free amenities. Friendly staff, very clean. Size of room was sufficient.

Check-in took too much time considering that we reached after 2am then Housekeeping is ringing the bell in the morning even though you give sign you don't want to get disturbed. They close the rooftop with lounge smoking area and pool already at 9pm, for a cigarette you have to stand outside at the entrance which makes me always feel uncomfortable. But still I prefer to sleep in a non-smoking room. Please make smoking guests more comfortable. Anyway it's a good place to stay for short term and we recommend Novotel.
