If you want peace and quiet in a secluded location you HAVE to stay here! We stayed for 4 nights and were sad to leave. The accommodation was clean, vast, comfortable and the staff were exemplary. The food cooked for us was mind blowing and are struggling to find anything like it on our continued travels in South Goa.

I wouldn’t say didn’t like, but the journey from the main road to the resort may be the reason it is not flooded with tourists. It is quite tricky but special taxis will get you there! And if you want to taste what we tasted you have to go 😊

The beach front location, marvellous food brought to your balcony free of charge (or eaten in the restaurant overlooking the sea - your choice), coupled with the friendly hard working staff, all added up to make this venue rather special. The food deserves special mention; the varied menu offered a huge range of choice, all of which was cooked and presented to perfection. For those families with children, the lagoon was a haven of activity for young and old alike, enjoying paddling kayaks in the calm shallow water.

As with other places to stay in this particular area, it is worth mentioning the track down to the resort from the main road. Whilst the latter is a real test if visitors plan to make their way down on foot, on the positive side, it is well noting that the reception team are happy to arrange for taxis to take the strain free of charge.

The rooms or I would say it as cottage , very accessible to the beach and you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the ocean nearby . Rooms were pretty decent and cleanliness and staff were helpful . If we request them for additional help, they were happy to do . If you want a calm , peaceful vacation without Cell signal , would recommend this resort.

Access to the facility is very difficulty , only bolero cars can take us in and its very expensive to go out and come out , but there is another way to walk to reach to a place where you can hire bikes , but if you are a person looking for comfort , city feel like, you wouldnt get ithere. Roads to reach the hotel is very bumpy and even with four wheeler , you find yourself displaced all the time , Aged people and people with physical issues not recommended . This is my first time going for this kind of resort so may be my opinion may be subjective . No Cell phone signal you will get, but WIFI is available atleast you can keep in touch with outside world.

This was our 5th stay at Blue Lagoon, but our first since the pandemic. The access road is not for the faint hearted (especially with two people and saddle bags on a motorcycle), but this helps to keep crowds at bay. The beach and lagoon are stunning, and the newer seafront cottages are spacious and well equipped. As always, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, and the food at the restaurant is superb. We had an outstanding week and cannot wait to return.

Having to leave? The only slight negative is that the lagoon is now overwhelmed with kayaks during the day.

The location is awesome..we had taken the Lagoon view Sea View Cottage which had the view of the Lagoon and the sea, right in front of the verandah, amidst palm trees...the sound of waves crashing 9n the shore put us to sleep at night.. The shack restaurant is a tiny walk from the cottage, which was very comfortable. Food is quite decent and a large menu option, which is really helpful when you are travelling with kids However what made our stay really memorable was the resort staff...super friendly, always available and very prompt service for all requests.

Reaching the property is a challenge due to a 1.5 km long stretch of uneven, rocky dirt road...taking our car in and out of the property parking through that road was becoming an ordeal for it. However the property arranged for to and fro drops for us to the resort from a parking space before that dirt road, where we could safely keep our car overnight. Secondly the bathroom could have some better provisions for hanging our belongings. Later the staff arranged for a makeshift arrangement.

The location that the property is on is excellent. it was beautiful and serene. There is a possibility of Kayaking also on this beach. Food was ok but was also reasonable.

getting there is quite a task. We were informed that it would be 2.4 kms of dirt track but it was almost 4 kms. Some other instructions given to us to get there were also incorrect. No signs or information boards to tell you that you are on the right track. However they helped us get back to the main road upon request. Also, they say it’s a private beach but a lot of visitors frequent the beach for kayaking and hence you will see too many tourists who aren’t actually staying in the resort

gorgeous, secluded location- getting there down the dirt road is a bit tricky but not as bad as some people would have you believe from other reviews! far better area than agonda or palolem which are much more built up excellent food good prices for food and drink stunning sunsets beautiful view of ocean from room large rooms wonderful staff

Staff are amazing! Suresh made sure to check in so I always had everything I needed. Restaurant food is good. The location is really peaceful and nowhere near as hectic as other locations in Goa!

It lived up to my expectations. It is remote so if you do want to do day trips or get food other than at the restaurant, the staff can help organise cabs. You will need a reasonable level of fitness to climb the steep stairs to the top of the cliff to leave for day transport, as the beach is located in a private cove at the base of a cliff!
