Insime of buffet restuarant is dark and hight of some of sofas & chairs don't match, which makes my children uncomfortable in eating. Also AC temprature is too low, because of which we couldnt stay longer inside the restaurant.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alila Diwa, and from start to finish, it was an exceptional experience that exceeded all expectations. The serene ambiance, luxurious amenities, and attention to detail throughout the property truly made my stay unforgettable. However, the highlight of my experience was the outstanding service provided by the team, with a special mention to Aditi, whose dedication to ensuring every guest's comfort was remarkable. From the moment I arrived, Aditi went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was attentive, courteous, and genuinely cared about making my stay special. Her warm and friendly demeanor set the tone for my visit, and she consistently followed up to ensure that all my needs were met. I would also like to commend Saumil, Yash, Sumeet, and Breanna, who each contributed to my exceptional experience in their own way. Saumil and Yash were always nearby to assist with any requests I had, offering thoughtful recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Sumeet's meticulous attention to detail added an extra layer of comfort to my stay, and Breanna’s warm hospitality and genuine smile made each interaction delightful. Surrounded by nature, in a perfect location. While you relax by the pool you can definitely enjoy watching the nature. The beach is a lovely 10 mins walk or they supply a shuttle to the beach which runs until 7pm. Each restaurant we had tried was outstanding, while also the service was incredible as well. The massage's was incredible as well, just wish we had booked more of them. To ensure you have them secured be sure to contact the hotel in advance as they do get booked up. The rooms are amazing, I booked the loft room and so glad I did. Loved waking up to such a room and a spacious balcony where you can relax.

nothing really not to like!! Would say that it took a while to get a drink at the pool bar, feel this could be much faster, put me off ordering more as would take too long and the buffet didn't have much for vegans though the drinks were amazing at breakfast.

The Archita’s and feel of the property is very earthy. The trees throughout the property makes it feel like an old Goan/Portuguese palace. The infinity pool with a view is picturesque and gives a very relaxed feel. The property is so green and it is honestly very easy on the eyes. It’s located next to Martin’s Corner, my favourite restaurant in Goa. The staff are super friendly and always tend to your needs. The rice fields by the property make you really pleasant and we loved that! It was my partners birthday and the staff sent up a cake with candles for her. That was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet is amazing and such a wide spread of options with made to order eggs, dosas, waffles and more.

The massage service at the spa needs improvement. We got a Swedish massage but it wasn’t up to the mark. Made us reconsider if we should have got an Ayurvedic massage as it’s more local? We were expecting a relaxing massage to get rid of knots but at the end of the day it was just an oil application with pressure. Nevertheless, staff were really kind and provided the opportunity to have another massage but it did not fit our schedule. Food was a bit pricey compared Sri the Goa standards and we didn’t believe they should be that pricey even at a five star considering goa as a state, has the cheapest alcohol in India.

Firstly I have no words to describe this property. I a back to home town 4 days back and still the beauty of the property is in front my eyes. Each and every Inch of property is fabulous. From the time of booking to checkout and post check that was a fantabulous experience. Ley me talk about each point Entrance and lobby are wonderful The path from lobby to room mind-blowing Rooms They are just fantastic and extra ordinary Spacious, luxurious,all top class facilities Food I have no words for the food I am a big foodie each and every item was wonderful We tired Goan thali this was one of the kind and quality quantity was wonderful I was wonderd with the number of staff in the restaurant they are highly skilled and wonderful I didn't see this kind of hospitality any where till date They are just amazing i can say Cleanliness The property is best in its class the have hundreds of staff only for cleaning I stayed there for 3 days and every Inch was well maintained,it very difficult to maintain such a big property. Front desk staff They are also wonderful,very fast , experienced helpful and friendly. Overall an amazing team I can say Cheery on the cake the WhatsApp updates you send I liked that concept very much. Thanks for giving such a wonderful experience. Will surely visit again

Service is great , top notch and staff are very coopetative and supportive. Especially bhavesh, saundarya , soni.they looked after minute details and provided support wheneve reuired. Arranged bday cake during check in and check out. Reception check in lady ( i dont remembr name ) but she was always smiling and cooperative . Service at alila cannot be.compared . Its by far the best . For peaceful and comfortable stay will love staying at Alila always .thanks alila for good memories. Restautants spice and vivo food is best. Goan seafood thaali , was tasty and best Pool was temp controlled and nice . With best cocktails provided .

Loved the pool, room service, facilities..specially my kid enjoyed the pool, mini theatre and play Alila. Velecia was a great host and kept us apprised of all events daily. Breakfast spread was amazing and had loads of veg options for elders and children alike. Staff was very courteous and kept engaging with the children. Room service was very prompt.

Beach access was a little far and secluded, while hotel provides shuttle for to and fro. Also they had a construction in rooms going which disturbed some of the guests. Otherwise everything else was great

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Alila. The aesthetically pleasing and beautifully decorated property was a sight for sore eyes. Our rooms were clean and well managed. All the amenities worked well. The rooms smelt nice , specially given the fact that it was monsoon season. The restaurants served amazing food . What set the experience apart by far for us were the people( Staff) working at Alila. From the time we stepped out of the car to till the time checked into our room and after it was a 5 star experience . The staff were very attentive, welcoming and checked on us regularly. They always had great smiles, made pleasant conversations, took interest in our wellbeing, made themselves familiar with our family, specially our kids. We felt at peace throughout our stay.

I think making the resort kids friendly with few more activities would be great.

Its a beautiful property. The infinity pool is just superb and breathtaking view. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Great hospitality all together. Few people out there made us feel very special. Ms. Breanna at the reception. She upgraded our room as it was my partner's birthday and made the whole check in memorable with a birthday cake and a birthday song played by her on guitar. Mr. Manish at the spice studio restro. He just perfectly knows the flavours of each dish in the menu and will guide you as per your taste and appetite. He is too good with it. Mr. Keyi at the vivo restro made us feel so comfortable and served us very well. Again great hospitality by him. Loved everything about the place.

Nothing as such.

Property is maintained beautifully and the pool view to the paddy fields is a first I have experienced. Beach is very clean and draws very less people, making the experience better. Though this isn’t a beach property, their shuttle service is fantastic and just a quick 5 minute drive. They have a crèche kind of facility which awesome, as you can leave your kids for few hours and they will engage with some games and movie shows which great.

Rooms for the price point could be decorated better and also upgraded.
