The breakfast spread was really good and up to the mark, something was there for everyone's taste, be it Indian or continental. The view from the restaurant made the dining experience in the morning great.

Though location was good, parking was limited and it had to shift our car a couple of times, we had to leave the key with the security during the stay. Its a big property and suited to corporate group stay, or group stay. Common places were so occupied by those that for a small party or couple, it felt overwhelming and better to restrict to rooms only, which in our case didn't have any view, hence we missed the beautiful peak view at all times and would prefer a quiet comfortable stay with more scenic beauty in the offer.

My recent stay at this hotel was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly generous, attentive, and eager to assist with anything we needed. The location was perfect, and the facilities were top-notch. Even though we were there for only one night to celebrate our anniversary, it was well worth it. The experience was amazing. The breakfast spread was delicious, accompanied by a stunning view. Overall, it was a memorable stay that exceeded our expectations.

Excellent staff, best hospitality and spacious clean rooms. Variety of stuff available in breakfast. Very knowledgeable and informative staff.

We made an request with booking.com to have both roo s and close by, and to put 1 extra bed in each room. We received a reply from Booking.com that this request is fine and it will be done on no extra cost. On arrival hotel didn't knew anything about this request.

Everything and everyone was perfect. The resort is beautiful, idyllic, and well maintained. Food was delicious and had a lot of variety. The resort staff goes out of your way your way to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The tunes that were playing to create the ambiance were 80s and 90s Hindi music. I would have preferred classical music, but I think that’s more of a personal preference.

Beautiful, well maintained property. Exceptional service by everyone right from reception to housekeeping to restaurant team. Room was massive and had all the amenities. Room decor had a heritage vintage vibe. Extremely clean. Food was freshly prepared, delicious. The breakfast buffet spread was amazing. Would definitely come back. .

Nothing to dislike.

This place is truly wonderful. Rooms are huge. Decor excellent. They even had a museum. Gym was nice. Too cold for a swim. Sitting relaxing in the igloo glass house was magical. Peeking through the binoculars at Kalimpong was really eye catching.

Although breakfast was good something was missing. Not quite the standard of a lot of brand name hotels.

I ordered a prawn garlic dish from the Western Meal section and the dish had mashed potatoes and gravy which was not provided. After urging the staff to bring the missing item, instead of a gravy - melted butter was served which was quite ridiculuous. Please inform the customer if some items are not available because eating boiled potatoes with melted butter was definetly not what I was looking forward to. However, besides that dish the rest of the items we ordered were on point.

This resort/hotel is like a oasis of peace in Kalimpong. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is varied and amazing. I had a wonderful massage by Pratima Thapa which I highly recommend. I only stayed one night but wish I could have stayed longer!

This hotel is perfect for your stay at Kalimpong. The minute you ente the hotel all you feel is luxury. The reception staff is very pleasant and caters to all your needs. The rooms are spacious and give you the feeling of luxury. We took a room with a balcony that we felt could have had a better view (I must say that the duty manager immideatly wanted to offer us another room with a better view but we already settled in this room and we liked it) but that didn't spoil our visit as the minute you step out of your room into the amazing look out points to the Himalayan Mountain ridge (and there are a few such view points in the hotel) you will get this amazing view. The food in the restaurant is abslutely perfect. We were a bit in need of some western food and the staff did all they can to assist us with it. They have a vast variety of excellent international dishes that answered all our wishes. I would especially like to point the excellent service of Mr. Sanjib and Mr. Ajay who really took wonderful care of us. I recommed this hotel very much. Truly a wonderful place for vacation.

Huge room with balcony. Enormous comfortable bed. Fans and AC. Nice pool. Close to Kalimpong - a short walk. Amazing breakfast buffet. Really gorgeous heritage property.

Staff a little over attentive at times (we are not really used to this). But they were very sweet on the whole.
