I spent there for three nights. The hotel is very good, the behaviors of all staff are extremely good and I am very satisfied with my stay. The view from the hotel is excellent. The quality of the food is also very good. Only thing I do not like is the spread of the buffet breakfast. Very few items are available..

The location is good with its own transport arrangement, The staff are helpful and friendly and provide the best service.

We did not get a room with scenic views which we came to know later.

On the Way to Gangtok from Pelling, this place is a must Stop-over for the tiring limbs and overworked engines ... The most beautiful place to stay. The location is way beautiful. The hospitality is just awesome. The staff here is too kind and generous. A must visit.

Location We were a group of 4 family members on a religious pilgrimage. We were highly recommended this hotel by a Sikkimese family member and without doubt, the hotel is worth the recommendation.

Heating system was primitive. Needs to install better heating system for winter guests

Well maintained facilities, extremely efficient service staff. Reception, restaurant room service, housekeeping, all are amazingly quick. And reception desk Ms Tsering resolved our booking issues nicely.

The property is an excellent option for any family. It's very close to Chardham. My kids and family members loved everything about Sobralia. General Manager of Sobralia, Mr Sourav is very very helpful person. Pasan and Krishna at the restaurant were just superb, they took very good care of us. We will definitely visit Sobralia again sometime soon. Thanks to Mahadeva to take me to Namchi and Sobralia. Scenic beauty of the valley and Mount Kanchenjunga is just fabulous from the windows and terrace of the hotel.

My stay was for 03 nights only, I wished that I could stay there for 02 more days but I had booking at Gangtok. I did not like leaving the property.

Good room, decent size, view of hills covered with snow from hotel open area and swimming pool is very good. View of Char Dham Shivji Statue is also a bonus.

Kids play area was missed.

Well the property is good and so are the amenities but what stands tall is their staff! At front desk we had Saurav, who through out my stay ensured every thing is taken care of! He even arranged a birthday cake for my wife and gave a us small surprise when we checked into room with "happy birthday" written on bed with flowers! He also helped us with numbers of taxi services which was very useful A great shout out to their F&b manager for the brilliant service he was providing! Let's understand that currently sikkim is only letting people with second doses come over. Seems like hotels lot of staff are from outstation and had still not arrived. Hence hotels F&b manager doubled up as server, cook and support staff! You could have the excellent property but the behavior of staff could ruin it. Here we have excellent property with great team & staff ready to greet you with big smile and helping with everything you have in your mind!

Well there wasn't nothing not to unlike.. Hotel is good and staff is phenomenal! Very cooperative, helpful and polite!
