Calm and peaceful location, very helpful staff.

Breakfast is complimentary but most of the items in menu were not available. Outside room corridor, there were a group of people talking loudly early in the morning and late night. They were our co- guests in the resort and were living in multiple rooms around our room. They also rang our room bell twice. Intentionally or not, it was a disturbance for us since we wanted to be in peaceful environment. Didn't call reception and complain because it was few hours before checkout and didn't want to create a situation.

Exceptionally nice, super clean and hygienic. Very clean bedsheets, pillows and blankets. Food is tasty and value for money. Very good portion sizes. Bathroom is also very very clean . Very spacious room and washroom. Loved the view. Overall, a very Happy stay.

This is more than a 3-star hotel. All service provided was just right, regarding the facility and services. Rooms were of descent size. The rainwater shower and hot water availability in the washroom was what I loved the most. Its cosy and kids oriented with jungle motives and colours all around. The breakfast spread was decent with a variety of Indian and intercontinental cuisine. Everything tasted good and of good quality too. Theres no other building around this property area, so the evenings had a lovely cool breeze to relax in. we stayed here for 4 nights as we were putting up our son for college admission in Christ University - Kengeri Campus near here, and this was the only good place, in this part of town, to avoid the road traffic of Bangalore. The Caribbean Whirl (water slide) and heated swimming pool was just perfect to relax in. The staff especially Joshbin at the restaurant, was so courteous.

The bed mattress has reached its life span I guess and needs to be changed. there is nothing else in and around this area other than the Wonderla park. so, it’s a good 20 mins by cab if you want to reach inside the city. The interiors are a bit dated and might need a change soon. The carpet in the corridor needs change too.

The resort was very neatly maintained .. though the front lawn was completely removed and replaced by still not functional water slide , all other facilities were very nice . The food was very good too!

The pick and drop from resort to the park has been stopped and when we asked , they said it was suspended when covid hit . so shouldn’t you resume it now ? it’s really tiring to walk all the way from resort to the park . and also you can’t check in to hotel before 12 pm whereas the park opens at 11 am which makes us lose more than an hour at the park . also the roller coaster was not functional in the park citing technical reasons . then why were charged full amount when the rides were not fully operational?

The rooms were spacious. Very clean. We had to call for tooth brush kit as it wasn't in the room . Immediately arranged. The swimming pool was heated and very clean water.. the food at the restaurant was good too.

We visited the resort as we wished to go to the amusement apart too. However we were not guided by the resort on the dress code the layout, the rides etc. We would have appreciated proper guidance. t. It would just help if an electric golf cart was available for drop and pick up. From the amusement park to the resort .

Location, the hotel was neat and clean. Staff was polite and friendly.The price was absolute- value for money.Kids loved it.

I won't say that these I didn't like but more on good to have. Variety of beers ( currently serves only kingfisher) Non veg items in the buffet @ North Indian style- I didn't find any item that taste like northern Indian style.(Non Veg items only)
