The staff were exceptional !!!! Kudos to the entire team to accomodate us there. The food was great too barring the kashmiri pulav which was way too oily to be frank. Except for that one particular dish, the breakfast lunch, snacks were of top quality.

The room did not meet our expectations as we had booked the room with the view for which this resort is famous for and were provided the one which was rather disappointing. One, it has way too many steps for my mother since I had specifically requested for the other illa which had less steps for my mother with knee issues. 2nd, the villa was deceivingly small. Villa, per my understanding, usually offers a small common area and then the rooms but here it was divided in such a manner that we only had room in diametrically opposite ends but nonetheless the rooms was really good and well kept. The stairs were was a real worrybut the staff there were more than happy to help my mother in the wheelchair and I couldn't have been more happier. Thanks to the entire team.

Ragamaya Resort is an awesome place to recharge your soul and spirit. The beautiful surroundings overlooking the Ponmudi dam, the spacious rooms, and the maintained landscaping rejuvenated me during a four day stay. The staff were attentive and helpful, especially Sanu, Maneix, Gils, and Andhu. I’m looking forward to a return stay.

The gym area was small and cramp with old equipment. The area was not planned nor inviting. Also, the chairs in room 304 needs to be cleaned.

Incredible place. The staff (esp Manish) were unbelievable. Views were ethereal and food, entertainment (bonfire evenings, music, table tennis, carrom, pool table) and spa services on site meant we could enjoy the break we needed. Food was amazing and surprisingly not expensive considering the captive audience as the resort is a bit remote.

Was a bit pricey but possibly because of the peak season and our request at booking was to have rooms next to each other as it was a family holiday and we ended up getting rooms at two ends of the resort which was less than ideal.

The location is one of the best I have ever stayed in. It’s worth every penny. The service and the staff are so attentive and accommodating. The food and especially the breakfast is very good. They also customised the food for us and I really appreciate that. The spa is a must visit! And quite affordable.

The rooms are a bit old and regular maintenance is needed. If they are able to keep up the maintenance would definitely visit again.

Not soundproof, as advertised. You can see through the side windows into the room, even with blinders. You can't change the pool water temperature. The restaurant food is ok. But stay away from the drinks such as milk shakes and juices.

The views are absolutely stunning. It's a bit far from the main Munnar area,however that actually works to your advantage for road trips as you can avoid the crowds. They have a very decent breakfast spread everyday and the views from the infinity pool are amazing. If you have the time the spa is a great place to unwind and work out the kinks.

All was fantastic from welcoming, Staff , Food & amazing view . They have dedicated nutrition Doctor how was very friendly and professional . Staff were Stars all the way .

Toiletries & France : were absent . Shall be provided in better way since is Resort & Spa .

The view is what makes this property unique. What the management has managed to achieve is to combine the natural view with an equally competent staff to create something really appealing. The entire staff, be it reception, housekeeping, F&B, security, were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. It was truly a delight to spend our time at RAGAMAYA and I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting the area.

The resort is absolutely stunning and the views and hospitality are so incredible words can’t describe!!! I was literally in Heaven while there!!! The food and staff were wonderful and I can’t wait to come back! It’s a must go!!!!!!!
