There are many things which I like about the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is very scenic, reminding me of Austria and Switzerland. Their services are speedy and the staff are generous and helpful. We arrived quite late at midnight and forgot to bring baby milk but on request to the staff, they arranged it even though the restaurant was closed. The best part I liked about the hotel was the food. We stayed for 5 days and on each day they had something new on the breakfast menu. The food was overall very delicious. The swimming pools are well maintained. You will definitely enjoy the view from the infinity pool. And with the family and baby, we also had a great time in the indoor activity area. The location is also very good, quite close to the main attractions.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Always happy to help us. We didn't have premade plans of what we were going to do so we asked people at reception what they recommended us and they put us in contact with a guide who showed us around. We even went on a safari to see the place where the elephants come to drink water at night. I loved the views. Every morning had a different view based on the weather, it was really nice waking up in the seeing the forest and hearing the birds. Helped us disconnect.

I think the place is a bit remote. You can't walk easily anywhere from there, probably need to rely on getting an auto to get to a different area in Munnar.

Amazing family suite with 2 bathrooms and interconnecting door to separate, this was perfect for us 3 adults! Rooms were immaculate and clean, good air con/fans, great shower and spacious. Breakfast had a variety of options and fresh fruit. The views were amazing especially the infinity pool - highly recommend! I also used the spa facilities and again was great service and a lovely ambience there to fully relax. Reception staff were always very helpful and arranging transport (note location is around 25mins from munnar town) and also had transport to cochin reasonable price of 5000rupee :) We also dined at the underground restaurant which was great food, yes maybe more expensive than some areas but still very reasonable for a 5* hotel!

Infinity pool states adult only but there were children up there - not a big deal as we mostly had a quiet time up there and fully embraced the views from day to evening! Thanks for the great stay

Visited the Panoramic getaway, for 3 nights. Exceptional experience. Starting from the check in,till check out everything was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean.The breakfast buffet was sumptuous. The in house dining options were good,but on the expensive side. The property was well maintained and the swimming pool was clean with warm water. The views from the hotel property is exceptional. The hotel is easily accessible from the main road.The staff at the dining rooms are attentive to your needs. Overall a 5 star experience in Munnar. If you want to book a stay in Munnar and are confused due to the several options available, look no further than the Panoramic getaway!

Nothing in particular. Food in the in house dining on the expensive side, but that is acceptable for a 5 star hotel.The coffee house prices could be brought down to encourage more users.

The hotel lives up to the name, the views it offers is truly stunning. There were many different places to enjoy the view, from the restaurant to the balcony and pool. Check-in was smooth, and there was hotel parking. Our room was luxurious and well stocked. Beds were comfortable, room was spacious, bathrooms were well maintained. Although the family suite is very different to other rooms, I assume the experiences would be similar.

The light control confused me quite a bit, it was a smart digital light control panel that was difficult to navigate. HOWEVER, negligible to the overall experience.

Panoramic view was likely one of the best hotels I stayed at. The staff made sure we had a comfortable stay and all our needs are attended to. Special kudos to Desi Aromas - their restaurant downstairs. One of the nicest Indian restaurants I have ever been to (and I have been to a LOT of them). Their breakfast spread was fabulous and we found ourselves going there for dinner every single night - it was that good!

If I have to be picky, I think their spa Tattvam could do with a little more work. While the massages were alright, we got much better massages outside the hotel for nearly 70% of the price.

Very nice rooms, loved the view of the mountains and the valley from the balcony. The roof top pool was amazing with heated water (almost jacuzzi temperature). Spent a few hours up there in the sun beds, swimming and enjoy the view. Staff very polite! A bit of a distance to munnar city, but the area is beautiful with tea gardens everywhere. With a car you can easily access all the sightseeing

Quite noisy in the evenings and mornings, children’s playgrounds placed very unstrategically underneath the rooms. But as European tourist in India, we have learned that India is a bit noisy :)

The views from the room and the rooftop are as beautiful as the pictures show. One can sit for hours and look out. The room is really nice, cheerful, clean, spacious, and comfortable with a nice balcony and view. Lots of natural light and a nice bathroom. The rooftop infinity pool is just beautiful. We spent hours in the pool simply taking in the view of the valley below. It's definitely the highlight of the place. There is a games room as well with table tennis, carroms etc.

There was no major complaint, but a few minor issues - - although the pool clearly mandates wearing swimming costume, many Indian men just come in their regular clothes, and baniyan etc. into the pool. I'm Indian too and i requested the hotel to kindly uphold their own pool rules, but they didn't. This spoilt the mood a little. - while there are 2 restaurants in the hotel, the food quality is not that great. - the hotel is a bit away from the town, so you are stuck for food options. - the table tennis bats, etc need to be replaced as they were in poor condition. - given the somewhat higher price of the accommodation, i expected better on the above issues, and hence the rating of 8.

We really loved this hotel. It's so beautiful with stunning views. There are *two* roof top pools - one for families and one adult with an infinity. All the rooms have a great view. The sunrises and sunsets from the balconies or roof tops were all spectacular. The buffet breakfast was included and the restaurant serves dinner but the best was the special restaurant downstairs that has a great grill (non-veg). The rooms were clean and comfortable and spacious. The one thing to keep in mind is that it is a bit of a drive to get to Munnar town from the hotel and then from there even further to get to the nearest tea plantation.

We didn't realize how far apart everything was in the mountains and how hard and windy the roads are so it was not easy to get around the roads made all of us feel quite sick! Something to keep in mind if you want to go sightseeing and get car sick. But the property itself was wonderful to spend time at.

We can only agree with the other very positive reviews. Everything was perfect. The room, the food, the staff, the excursions, the weather, the (heated!) infinity pool on the roof, etc.. - Highly recommended! Arya, the lady from the front office, is a treasure and fulfilled every conceivable wish. Many thanks to Arya and the entire Panoramic Getaway team!
