The property stands strong and graceful in the heart of Pondicherry. The victorian structure makes you feel like a you're entering a true 5 star hotel (in its classic sense). It was quite a pleasant experience to have your vehicle taken care of while you enjoyed your stay including a full auto spa. The breakfast spread was fantastic and had a few exotic south indian choices to choose from apart from the usual English Breakfast. The staff were extremely polite and provided a true 5 star service.

The idea of having a picture taken of the guests even after providing your ID dint quite make sense. Although the front desk indicated this was a local government requirement, this wasn't validated with any written statements or confirmation.

I like the behaviour of all the staff members.. they are very cordial & helpful. It's very hygienic and clean . Food was delicious and service was extraordinary. The front desk staff were very helpful and guided us throughout our trip .

There is nothing that we didn't like but if I have to just put it into the notice then I would say that the breakfast was quite repetitive. Like we stayed for 4 days and had almost the same breakfast everyday.. no difference at all . But the chef was very polite and helpful and made sure that everyone had a good breakfast and served hot dosas & omelette etc , so no regrets at all .

It is just not a hotel, it is an experience . The differentiation point here is the quality of service, the empathic behaviour of all the staff with delicious food (amazed with the quality of food. Iin Pondicherry you get just wow North Indian taste and amazing south spreads ). I am also thankful to Vanaja ( one of the manager/staff there). She is one of the amazing and vibrant person I have met in hotel industry . She had taken care of us throughout our stay there and her caring nature is an example for ppl in this industry (an experience that makes a difference and that matters in todays world). Apart from her , each and every staff member were so good and of helping nature . I should appreciate the security guards and valet car staff standing on the entry point on their behavior , quick actions and welcoming nature . Going one step ahead these valet staff also recommended us few places which turned out to be really great . Kudos to whole Accord staff. I can surely recommend Accord.

Extremally amazing customer service. From the time we entered to the time we checked out. Few names i can remember - Kalai, Kannappan, Murugan, Sukmel, Queen, the bar staff etc. But all whom we interacted were eager to help and keep us happy through out. Patience was amazing. Food was awesome - you should try Chef's special salad and chicken dishes. Breakfast was a fabulous spread and each day was different. Overall, loved the service, stay, comfort and food

Spa can get better by offering couple massages

Breakfast spread is excellent , too many varieties , south, North , continental and so on, staff is very attentive and made us comfortable. Lacation , most impressive was vehicle parking space. The big SUV was given adequate parking space, which is hard to find now a days , its was easy to drive and park Toyota Fortuner. The AC arrangement is top class and easy to operate.

Water clogging in Bathroom and sink.

Efficient staff who were attentive and quick to respond to the requirements - front desk, restaurant and valet staff. The swimming pool is small but very nice. We used the pool table which was in good shape and free to use.

The exit is very tricky at a busy junction. I was not aware of the signal there so got caught by the police once. So be careful!

I went for a leisurely trip and I must say that it’s one of the best stays I’ve ever experienced. the staff, esp. Ms. Nisha from the front desk was extremely delightful. She came with different ideas to cheer up my little daughter as she is lil difficult with new faces. Mr. Hari and Mr. Vasanth from the restaurant was so accommodating and helpful. My daughter is little reluctant for outside food and they made it so homely for her. she was ecstatic and so thankful. I’m so delighted and glad that I chose this place for my stay. A big thanks to all the people of Accord Puducherry who made my family’s stay a memorable one. Thanks 🙏👍👍👍

Good accomodation at very decent price at a good location in the city. The buffet spread was good. The staff were very courteous and arranged a cake on request for my mom's birthday.

The approach to the hotel is little awkward and getting out can be sometimes take more time as we emerge right into a signal on exit. Not a major problem and it takes nothing away from the hotel stay and experience.

Located right in the middle of everything - which is very good from connectivity point of view. Facilities, decor, space and the rooms are simply awesome. The staff are outstanding in their customer centricity and eagerness to provide personalized service. The reception staff Renuka even came up to our room twice to check in my wife, who was sick.

Please do not take any of the rooms that are facing the road, unless your intent of the stay is to count vehicles on the road. It's super noisy and feels like sleeping on the road side. But the other side, pool facing are equally quiet and lovely. The wifi isn't great but just about makes the cut to work from the room. I had to be on video calls the whole day and a few times the network kept dropping. Definitely an area to improve, to match the overall grandeur the place otherwise has across all aspects.

We were celebrating the 60th marriage anniversary of my parents - a rare occasion. The entire staff of Hotel Accord came together to make the day memorable. They sang, gifted a cake, signed a poster, brought flowers and made us feel very special. I am grateful to each and every one of them - Hari, Vasanth, Renuka, Muruga, David, Nisha, Bani, Priya, Mr. Dayle and others. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Pondicherry.
