Bathroom fixtures need repair and upgradation. In house food can be improvised, toiletries as promised in advertising should be honoured.

Shoaib, Vaibhav and Sameer thank you for your amazing hospitality! To start with, I never expected they will pick up any calls at 1:00 a.m. they picked up in the first ring itself and guided about the location, extremely cooperative staff at any time during the stay. I stayed here for 2 weeks with my family and wanted to extend even more. Apart from the small lane at the start, everything around the hotel is fantastic,in front of the hotel area, there is enough space to back any sized vehicle,not sure about trucks though 😛 close to market area. Safe. The best part is the property is filled with greenery which sends such positive vibes and is well maintained! The room has everything from fridge, to microwave to a work table for your long stays! My only issue was the WiFi wouldn't work at times but they resolve it when you ask and they'd definitely help if it is urgent. Also the quality of WiFi is dope as well, very high speed but they could go higher! The food quality is amazing as well. Housekeeping staff are so sweet and so good at what they do! In short I loved the place and would recommend it to anyone who is planning to come to Kharadi! I'm going to come back again for sure!

I don't think there is anything to dislike.

Breakfast is one the best food we got from the Hotel. Everyday, there were atleast 5 course food items. The hospitality is awesome. All the staff members are very friendly and caring.

I may not say that I dislike, but one should be prepared to note that the approach road to the Hotel location is just ok or average. Once we stay in the room, rest all are well taken care. Internet quality requires improvement.

Breakfast was good.

We had booked 5 rooms for our guests for a family gathering. one or other appliance etc of every room was not proper when they checked in- ex AC wasnt working for one room, AC socket for other room, flush for another room etc. However, once the staff was contacted they reacted promptly and got things fixed asap. The staff was very quick and efficient on that front. but all these things could have been checked before hand. I would anyways rate this a very good stay as the place was huge and clean. The guy at the reception was super responsive and efficient.

The best place in this beautiful city to stay with family & friends. Staff was Friendly and gorgeous garden! Absolutely beautiful place for breakfast with delicious food. Can highly recommend this hotel Brooks manor kharadi area . It's near by Eon it park

The staff was superb. Shoaib and Vaibhav at the reception were very cordial, helpful and quick. The housekeeping staff was also very well mannered and went beyond their call of duty to make our stay extremely comfortable. The rooms were comfortable with all the required facilities. Overall, a value for money stay. Recommended

The linen was a bit old and torn. The bathroom fittings were a bit shaky. The locker was not functional.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet and an excellent location to stay in Pune. This Hotel is a straight 10/10. You get allot of great opportunities for good value. We enjoyed our stay at Treebo Trend Brooks Manor allot.

Place is comfortable and good location, hotel is beautiful with great staff, everybody will make your stay comfortable and feel like home, you don't have to wait for anything, everything is there.. i loved it, if get time, will definitely stay as long as i can.

My stay in the hotel is really good. The staffs are very nice and cooperative. You will have everything inside your. There is a market also next to the hotel around 300-400 mtrs. The only difficulty i found is the connectivity. If you are looking for public transport then you will be little dissatisfied l. But cabs and auto there is no issue atall.

The bedsheet ans pillow cover should be replaced. They are neat n clean but the quality is not that great as overused.

Very nice stay at the hotel for three nights with family...neat and clean rooms, peaceful atmosphere, nice food and very nice hospitality shown by the reception and all other staff. Would like to visit again.
