Perfect location for sightseeing! Near all the main touristic attractions. The staff is very kind and helpful, they've even helped us book a cab for the airport early in the morning. The room is clean with all the facilities needed and if you need something, just ask the staff, they will do it immediately. Plus, the rooftop and the restaurant menue are incredible! Maybe think about taking some earplugs if you don't like noisy nights, but it's not really a problem.

The location is excellent although it can be noisy. The castle is less than 5 minutes walk away, and not much further down to some nice waterfront restaurants. The hotel’s rooftop bar area is beautiful, with a great view, live music some nights, and tastefully decorated.

Basically as expected for a 3 star hotel in India but there could have been a little more attention paid to cleanliness. Wifi speed was also a bit patchy.

1.The WiFi was slower than mobile network 2.Some amenities could have been added to the room like a mini fridge, hair drier, iron, some toiletries. 3.No hot water facility, tap on bathroom sink was loose.

Great location with a coffee shop below and a bar & restaurant above - awesome views! Easy walk to shops and other tourist attractions. Beds comfortable and rooms spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Great value for money. We loved our rooms here.

You have to be prepared for a little noise from the street dogs and then the Tuktuks and motor bikes that fly past in the early hours! Worth it though for the coffee and rooftop cocktails on offer ;-)

I moved from a property I was not happy with and was very pleased with this hotel. Initially I had a room without a window, still very large, clean & comfortable. They kindly upgraded me to a room with a large window overlooking the city & lake. It was very spacious, comfortable, modern, clean. The staff were very attentive & friendly. Overall I thought it was excellent value for money & in a prime location in town, walkable to many sights. No English TV channel tho.

I didn’t have a great experience with the restaurant. The first time I tried to order lunch I was told kitchen was closed. My second attempt was a room service dinner which was well presented but a bit tasteless & sloppy. I also had to leave early in the morning & reception suggested I order a sandwich & banana to take with me (breakfast was included in the rate). Just before I was about to walk out the door, my takeaway breakfast arrived but they wanted me to pay for it. This was disappointing so I left with no breakfast. Otherwise I would recommend this property, maybe just eat elsewhere.

The location of the hotel is fabulous if you want to walk around the old city of Udaipur but you will need to get to the door in a tuktuk (do it!). The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room had a view over the lake. The breakfast offering was good and dinner at the restaurant upstairs (Sun and Moon) was lovely. Fabulous rooftop views, friendly staff, good food. Well worth a visit if you are in the city and not staying in the hotel.

I like the hotel location, rooms and amazing wonderful courtesy staff and all the front office team is very kind with good nature, I would like to describe the guy name Ankit Nagori, thanks to him and kindly appreciate him and as I like everything was amazing, and one more big surprise they have for you that they have roof top sun moon Restaurant and for the Room stay guest they give 15% discount and amazing view from the roof top restaurant.

I love the room and the royal touch in it. The rooftop restaurant cum bar has amazing food and the view is so pretty. The location is great near to the city palace, market, gangour ghat, lal ghat . Even the security was good for solo girls traveling or in a group. They even provide you electric kettle for making coffee and you'll get 15% off on the restaurant too.

The ac was dripping but the weather is nice so it doesn't matter much.

Staff was excellent, I had to check-in in the middle of the night due to bus delay and he was waiting for me. you'd be surprised on how modern-looking the room is, provided the area is more cultural looking. location just perfect, close to anywhere in Udaipur (City Palace, the lake, etc). and restaurant on the rooftop just amazing! great view, great taste, though a bit expensive for India standard

Wifi definitely can be improved, it was sluggish and slow. i found myself using my mobile network on my entire stay.

This is an amazing hotel! It has a great location near all of the tourist sites, as well as a lovely Rooftop restaurant. The room is clean and the staff is helpful. The only downside was the WiFi was not the best, but there is strong WiFi in the reception area. It’s also near the best dessert shop.
