Location is just great. Between 2 best restaurants on the street. And best night clubs. Comfortable bed, good pool, very nice staff. Also a nice interior. Good pressure of hot water and good wifi. We couldn't leave the place somehow. Stayed there for a week or so And there is cat!

The rooms are spacious, new and clean, comfy beds and nice hot water. Location is at the end of a gang so it's pretty peaceful and quiet off the main street. The staff are super lovely and there is a nice restaurant space downstairs to work if needed. A short walk to the beach and so many lovely cafe's and healthy food options around the area within walking distance.

There is no safety box in the rooms and no power point in the bathroom or by the desk space. Security was not an issue but as a traveler I always preferred to have a safety box to lock valuables such as passport etc.

location wise its good because its close to everything and i really like their staff. asked them to change my room to first floor and they followed all instructions i wanted

i didnt like that you can hear all the noise outside and noises from room next door. the wall wasn't soundproof and my door keeps opening itself

The hotel is in a good location, the AC is good but the bathroom door needs to be fully kept shut to keep the mosquitoes and heat out as it’s got an open window to outside. The beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, noodles / toast / eggs.

The pool was a bit big for the space, there was nowhere to lie and it was overlooked by reception and the road down to the parking lot.

Tasty. Always hot. Always served with a smile. After only a few days they knew what I wanted and just asked same again sir.

there are some points we didn’t like: bathroom it’s half outside so if it rains and you take a shower you basically shower with rain water too, and it makes a big mess in the bathroom too tiles in the bathroom could be cleaned much better same as toilet and sink stains. last day before check out we got the housekeepers waiting for us to leave before 12 o’clock, it felt very pushy…

Really good location in Canggu, 7 min walk from the beach for sunset everyday. Room was really nice, pool area was okay - staff were really nice and helpful

There isn't much seating by the pool, one end of the pool had loads of red ants, the bathroom door doesn't close and it's an open bathroom so mosquitos can get in

Our room smelt like sewers, but I didn’t say anything to the staff so my fault as I’m sure they’d have changed my room/sorted it Wifi didn’t work

The location is perfect, close to Berawa beach, Perancak beach, etc. I initially booked a room for only one night, but ended up extending my stay for a week. Bu Dian and her staff were very friendly and helpful. I was working most of the time in my room so I ordered food online frequently, and I didn't have to pick up the food to the lobby cause the staff delivered it to my room even without me asking them to. To get here you'd need to go through an alley overlooking an empty lot and rice fields, away from the busy road, so you'll be able to sleep peacefully without any unnecessary noise from the road at night. Also it's located exactly next to a nice cafe (Cinta Cafe), and close to some laundry places. You can ask the staff to clean up the room everyday as well and they provide fresh towels, hot water is also working fine. Will come back again for sure.

Sometimes the wifi can become unstable when you've used it for quite a long time, but most of the time it's working well. Can't complain much.
