We were upgraded to a recently renovated 2 bedroom villa (Villa Mars) which was immaculately presented with all the facilities we required. The Pool was very good with good sun exposure during the day. All the staff members were so friendly and helpful and always smiling. The Dining/Bar area was an intimate size Balinese style gazebo set in a grassed garden area overlooking the infinity pool and spa - It was such a relaxing setting and they served a delicious and freshly cooked to order breakfast - not buffet, Special mention for 2 of the staff members - Nani and Wyan, both so helpful, happy and warm, they made us feel most welcomed and comfortable. Easy walk to some very good local restaurants and bars as well as an exceptionally good local spa.

The Villas are set in a quieter location of Canggu, which suited us fine, being an older couple, and you needed to travel by taxi or ride share to the other section of Canggu where he beach bars and pubs are located, - But again this was not a negative for us and I only mention it as a reference for other visitors.

Overall this is a beautiful stay. Our pool villa was beautiful and relaxing and private, with a comfy bed, great bathroom, clean pool, small fridge, and most amenities.

We complained that we were there BEFORE new years eve (late December), and every night there were fireworks that started as early as 9 p.m. and went to 4 a.m. on some nights. This was every night for our 9-night stay, and therefore ruined our sleep. We complained to the front desk and they were very apologetic, saying that it was related to a) the local beach clubs or b) someone nearby who liked to light firecrackers. Because of this and because it was NOT new year's eve, we would sadly not stay again as we value a good night sleep.

What a magic spot! Down a long pathway of greenery you arrive at your door and enter your little oasis. We were lucky to have our own pool which was well used after hot days out and about. The restaurant on site was lovely and the staff very accommodating and friendly. We thought we were in paradise but because of some building noise we were moved and found ourselves in an even better villa that outdid our expectations!

The room we booked were said to be not available and we were given an ‘upgrade’ to a 2 room villa but the other room was locked anyway. That villa was dirty and not pleasant. Our stay turned for the better after we requested for our original room type which took a day - that was much better albeit many mosquitoes but nothing the coil can’t resolve. Breakfast was served in the villa timely & good! The staff was able to pack a takeaway version on a day where we heading out early, very flexible!

Very comfortable villa, highly recommended. The kids already asked if we could stay here again next time we’re in Bali.

Could do with more utensils in the kitchen, though staff is very helpful in providing anything you ask for. Very useful communication with them via WhatsApp. And their WiFi isn’t that stable.

Our villa had been recently renovated and it was done to a fantastic standard. Although we had neighbours in the villas next to us they are laid out in such a way that you cannot hear any noise. The pool area was also lovely and very clean. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from and all the food we ate at the property was great. Plenty of choice to suit all tastes. The staff were amazing and couldn't have done anymore. My son got sick, they had a doctor come out in no time at all which meant no stress for us and he was on the mend as quick as possible. Only a short 5 min walk and we were on the beach, another added bonus of this property.

There was nothing we didn't like about this property.

The accomodation was stunning, the private villa was amazing and we loved the bathroom and private pool. The customer service here was absolutely amazing. The reception staff were lovely and friendly and super helpful with any questions we asked. They were also really accomodating and set up happy birthday decorations for my partner while we were out. I couldn’t recommend this accomodation more! We loved wifi the dog too, she helped fill our void of missing our dogs while we were gone. Location is also great it’s out of the hustle and bustle enough that it’s quiet at night but also close if you want to go out / restaurants etc. if you hire a scooter make sure you ask about Canggu shortcut and don’t follow maps on your phone because it’s actually only a 6 minute drive to the main area if you have a scooter. We had the best time and cannot thank the staff at Lalasavillas enough.

The villas were beautiful and quiet. I’ve heard lots of canggu can be loud and less peaceful due to a surge of construction at the moment, but at lalasa villas you feel like you have been hidden away in a quiet, luxurious hotel filled with greenery. Another big plus of these villas is it’s a boutique hotel, so it is always very quiet and you mostly have the entire place to yourself, even facilities like the shared pool (even though we had a private pool as well that was gorgeous). The staff were more than accomodating and so friendly which maximised our relaxation.

The only downfall I can think of would be some of the tiles in our pool were broken, but we find that at most places we stay at, even 5 star resorts.

The staff are incredibly friendly, efficient and accommodating. The food is really good in the hotel restaurant, and they offer a range of cuisine types. The grounds are very well maintained. The setting is truly relaxing, which is an achievement in busy Canggu! The sunsets on Berawa beach are truly stunning!

The location is fair. It’s away from the busiest beach corridors, but requires walking or other transportation in busy traffic to get places. You can walk to Berawa beach in about 10 minutes. It takes another 5 minutes of walking on the beach to reach a cleaner section (no garbage) in front of the beach clubs.
