Everything was very modern and clean. The pool area was excellent, as were the rooms, but what really made this hotel stand out was the staff. Every single person we encountered was helpful, polite and very cheerful. They could not do enough for you. In particular one of the waiters, Dewa was exceptional, as were two of the trainees Ema and Winata, who were both very friendly. Winata even had a colleague make ginger and honey tea for me to take to my wife who had an upset stomach one morning, when he noticed she did not come down for breakfast. It’s small touches like this that make all the difference. Top, top customer service. We would definitely both return and recommend this hotel again.

The only minor thing was the twice weekly music venue next door. The hotel did pre warn us of this, and it was certainly nowhere near as bad as some reviews have stated, but I can understand that it may disturb some people.

Comfortable and clean room. Size of room and toilet were just nice. Location is near the beach with many eateries around. Good breakfast selection.

Room isn't too sound proof. Can hear corridor or next room noises.

The breakfast was amazing! My husband has a nut allergy and they were fantastic to cater for this in the morning. They are happy to make anything fresh to not contain nuts, and great selection of pancakes, waffles or eggs being made fresh each day. It was also a great location and spacious room. Pool was also big and spacious, plenty of beds and bean bags available.

During our stay there is a nightclub that plays very loud music from 9pm until 1am. I can sleep through anything, but my husband didn’t get to sleep until after the music stopped as it was so loud! The property did pre-warn about this and they provide ear plugs but it was very loud! Also I had contacted the property about early check-in as I was arriving slightly earlier. However this didn’t matter as the property did not provide us with our room until 45 minutes post check-in which was frustrating.

My stay at Eastin Ashta was awesome! I loved every bit of this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful! very accommodating and always checking in! The facility was in beautiful condition and well maintained. The food was some of the best I have experienced in Bali and the breakfast was fresh every day which I had every morning. My only thing had nothing to do with hotel itself, it was just the next-door business has a party or gig a couple times a week which is very loud but if you're a keen party goer than it is a vibe lol

We stayed at Eastin Ashta for 10 days and would definitely stay here again. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the hotel offers a variety of fun events throughout the week, including happy hours, comedy nights, and outdoor movies. The pool is huge and clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Our room was spotless with a large, comfortable bed, and we appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water per person each day. The location is convenient, close to the beach and restaurants, and although there's a nightclub nearby, it didn’t disrupt our sleep.

The only improvement would be having two chairs on the balcony.

The hotel can organise nannies. * Comfortable and clean rooms * The food was delicious and reasonably priced * The hotel has an App which was amazing for ordering room service, extra towels etc and everything always came really quickly * Nice pool area and good bar service * Great breakfast * Great view from our room of the surf 300m away * We loved the location because of proximity to the beach (black sand) and restaurants. But the streets are busy with traffic and have open sewers so it wasn’t nice walking up and down, especially with a toddler.

* Even with all the good things, I’m not sure I would stay here again because of the club next door (Desa), which had 2 events the week we stayed and played VERY loud music until 1am. The hotel provided ear plugs but they weren’t enough unfortunately. *Toddler pool could have some shade as the sun is brutal most of the day *2.5 hours to get to the hotel from the airport in a taxi

I’ve stayed here a few times, Prime location! So close to everything. The rooms are always clean, & the staff are so nice.

Large room with plenty of space for luggage, clean, all the amenities you could possibly need. Good value. Friendly staff. And we love this location, we always choose to stay on this street.

We booked this last minute due to the rain, knowing our usual homestay is quite a walk from the road and we were travelling with a small child. For our usual travel taste, it lacks a bit of the authentic Balinese personality that we love. Very sterile and modern. But that's personal taste. I have to note here, though it's not the fault of the hotel, the noise from the new nightclub next door. It's only Tuesday and Friday nights and the hotel did do their best with what's in their control. But worth noting if you're sensitive to these types of things. Again, not the hotels fault, just a sad symptom of what is happening to Canggu.

The room was spacious, the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The large pool was a great addition, and the convenient proximity to everything made my stay even more enjoyable.

Superb place. Very helpful, friendly and trustworthy staff. Beds very comfy! Air con keeps the room cool which is essential. The pool is nice. The pool side bar does fresh (squeezed) orange juice which I enjoyed. The gym is small but has enough of everything (plus it's open 24 hours, which is awesome). The hotel is 5 minutes walk (or an $0.80 grab ride) to the beach, 1 minute walk to convenience stores, 1 minute walk to an excellent massage place (marissa spa), 5 minute walk to a brilliant yoga studio (guan yin), and a popular bar to watch the sun set (the lawn). I extended my stay and will also come back on a future trip.

The wifi was quite good, but not perfect (it was a slightly flakey during some video calls). Also, the wifi is unsecured, which is an unnecessary security risk and not ideal in 2023.
