I think it was good value for money, and breakfast was great, wide selection and good quality. I also had a wonderful quiet nights sleep, which is what was needed....

There are 2 pools - please make the smaller one aduly only - let the screaming familes enjoy the bigger one by the beach, and let those that prefer peace and quiet to have another haven. There is quite a lot of little bits and pieces that could do with maintenance, particularly around the pool, decking etc lifting up.. its been long enough after covid I think.... water pressure in shower was not great too... Check in/Checkout process needs more streamlining/training and perhaps a manager around to deal with different situations... our bill was wrong, and took 3 attempts and 30 minutes to solve a simple maths problem to deduct incorrect items and add back correct ones. It needed an experienced hand to step in and fix it.

The hotel landscape's good; close to the sea water sports of Blue Lagoon (31 minutes by car driving); Ubud (1 hour 30 minutes). The hotel surrounding is greeny with paddy field, and we can feel and hear the sound of ocean waves from the room. The hotel has two swimming pools with warm water, good to relaxation.

Don't expect to much to get help from the Office Boy to help you carry on the luggages, as the helpers are very limited in numbers and less responsive. Do your own is much better for physical excercise. The hotel beach is not for swimming, beach swimming is prohibited for safety reasons.

Its a shame that this resort has had bad reviews. We paid about $65 per night - really, what would you expect? It was probably very flash, a few years ago - but its in the tropics, things deteriorate. And it has. I also find it very odd that people complain that the staff don't speak much English - yes that's right! Because they are mostly Balinese! In general they try VERY hard to find a way to help in every situation. Sometimes they get it wrong. We found that they were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The breakfast is amazing - if you can't find something to eat amongst all the options.... you would have to be very hard to please. Yes, the pools are a bit tired. But the gardens are lovely. The views across to the ocean are stunning and the beds comfortable. I think that main issue that people have with this property is that for some reason it is rated as five star on some websites. It's not. But it is a lovely, quiet friendly place to go to relax. We used grab taxis - mostly because of the booking system. If you use grab though, be aware that the company takes about 20% of the fair so maybe flip the driver a few extra dollars.

We found the dinner menu a bit restrictive. Its limited, and quite similar to what is on offer at breakfast.

Breakfast menu selection are really good, room and bed are very comfy, airconditioning really good, spacious space around the resort, good ocean view. Very comfortable stay during our 4 nights stay

Hot shower does not always work. Building 5 level 3 handrails are very wobly and really not safe especially for kids on upper level

Very spacious and quiet location away from the crowds. My room was renovated and was excellent. Good size, clean, new comfortable bed. The remodeled bathroom was very nice and good water pressure in the shower. The staff was all very friendly, nice and helpful I would say the interior of the rooms are excellent, but the outside needed a bit of updating but especially the pools. But the resort itself is very quiet and relaxing.

The pool was very disappointing. It is murky, and I did not want to go in it. So for me, it made the resort disappointing because I could not use the pool and you cannot swim in the beach in front of the resort because it has a slope and it’s dangerous. The gym was also a little disappointing. It definitely needs a little updating and fixing of some equipment.

Good Value for money. Location is 30 mins from Padang Bai, which is where we needed to take the boat to Gili T. Nice comfortable and luxury rooms.

Room Service and Restaurants close at 10:30 pm. It was very difficult to get a late night bite after we arrived. Grab doesn't service this location. The breakfast was average. Very hot in the breakfast hall. No treadmill in the Gym.

-The bed is very comfortable. -Water is hot and strong. -Nice beautiful view. -Very quiet.

-The staff english is poor. -Some part of the hotel need renovation. -Food service was slow and the food taste was average. -No other restaurant or place to go around the hotel.

Room was great size! Food was fabulous! Pool was huge! Beachside! Staff were friendly! Gardens were beautiful!

Needed a little maintenance, floorboards loose on restaurant and pool deck. Fridge in our room did not work, tap on our jucuzzi had a crack and sprayed water. One lift out of order. Some of the things mentioned on booking.com were not correct ie there was no shuttle offered. No bikes offered. I thought it mentioned an on-site mini mart but there was not one. No soap in bathroom or bath mat, hand towels, just 2 main bath towels. No information regarding pool towels. The information on the TV would have been fabulous if you could read it but the quality was so bad you couldn’t, and this is such an easy fix. The cocktails were not to standard but honestly didn’t expect them to be in Bali lol.

Room was spacious and clean. For the price, the hotel was quite luxurious with many facilities (e.g. spa, pool, etc.). The sofas / chairs by the restaurant were comfortable (had a lot of good reading time there!). Swimming is not allowed at the beach (which makes sense given the huge shorebreak) but the hotel is right next to the beach and the view of Nusa Penida as well as the mountains in the back (Mount Agung, Mount Batur) were very beautiful. While there are not a lot of 'touristy' things to do nearby, I found this as a positive--the hotel was away from the usual hustle and bustle and provided a nice respite.

The pools were slightly not clean (e.g. stuff floating in the water).
