We came here for our daughter birthday and she enjoyed the stay very much! Swimming at the pool with animal view was fun! Breakfast with the tsavo lion was memorable. We got to watch all the animal shows, fire show, enjoyed the waterpark and went for safari journey twice! (all included)

We booked the the wrong room! 😵‍💫 If you want balcony with animal view then don’t stay at family suite (we stayed at Kifaru Suite with garden view only ☹️) Please book 2 swala or twiga room if you need two rooms so you may even feed the animlas from balcony.

The family suite room balcony was too far away to see animals roaming. Only saw the pool. Wish it offered view similars to swala which is priced cheaper. Twiga you pay lesser but you get a nicer view of animals roaming round. Shouldve booked 2 twiga rooms instead for my family of 2 adults 2 kids one toddler and one baby.

The venue was terrific

The website menu was discontinued with a new a la carte in its place,this meant that I couldn't enjoy what I thought I was going to get. THE WORST WAS A GENERAL MANAGER TELLING STAFF OFF IN FRONT OF A RESTAURANT FULL OF GUESTS.I WAS EMBARRASSED AND SHOCKED BY THIS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE DISPLAY!!!!! WHEN I CHALLENGED HIM ON HIS BEHAVIOUR HE SAID"ITS OK THEY CAN TAKE IT"!!!HOW ARROGANT! This thus downgraded my score from brilliant to ok.

Clean pleasant room, soft bed, bright bathroom with a window, good workplace, lovely balcony for breakfast.

1. Poor Wi-Fi in the room, for the price it's unacceptable. 2. It is also unacceptable that you keep a lion in a small aviary behind the glass of a Tsavo Lion Restaurant and toilets in a restaurant. It looks disgusting, people are overeating in a restaurant, they go to the toilet, and the lion is locked up. Such entertainment should not be in the 21st century. I hope this aviary will be closed forever, and the lion will walk around the large space of your beautiful park

Our room view was good, but outside was so humid, that in the evening our window didn’t show through. Animals in the park were amazing. Dinner was tasty and lions shows the people, who is the boss in this park. Staff feels animal-friendly. There was lot of things to do in the morning, but i don’t like any animal shows, even if they are animal friendly and made of ethical considerations. Breakfast was abundant, but one of us got Bali belly 🫣

Animals were not in cages, but i still have some ethical questions and mixed feelings. I understand that animals in Safari parks are used to people and we don’t bother them that much, but why people should sit elephants back, why you letting people sit them backs? It would be lot of nicer if people just can just watch animals their normal habitant.

Great experience. Food was surprisingly good in the restaurant. It’s an amazing experience for kids. Pool views are great. Staff was courteous.

the place kind of dies in the evening and you’re restricted to your room where tv doesn’t work and wifi doesn’t work. so if you come with kids good luck entertaining them post dinner. the lights in the rooms could definitely be brighter. if I have no wifi and tv, I should be able to at least read a book. communication to the guests could be improved. we were told that we can’t have lunch at the restaurant because the place was reserved by some travel agency and we were informed only after reaching the restaurant and were redirected to another restaurant which with a toddler seems quite far. lastly, water in the restaurant is way too pricey. just give the option of normal water as well so we don’t have to pay Evian prices all the time.

As compared to the 5 star resorts and hotels elsewhere in Bali, this is a totally different experience and you have to adjust your expectations. It is a great stay at the safari and the experience was wonderful for my children. I would recommend a minimum of 2 nights stay to get the best out of this hotel and overall experience. While some may say the room is a little run down, as a hotel at the Safari, it truly is great and it really grows on you. Breakfast is good, Indonesian hospitality as how you would experience it elsewhere in Bali.

Nice view from the balcony to field with animals. As idea - is perfect. Very nice territory with lots of activities around wild nature with animals.

Noisy at room. Not comfortable pillows. Frog and big spider was found in the room. Stuff is friendly, but sometimes doesn’t react for your requests- just forgot to come and pick up our luggage, for example. All is built so that they will see you first and last time - suck maximum amount of money and quality of service doesn’t matter. It’s a pity. You will catch a lot of good emotions for significant amount of your money, but you’ll never wish to visit it again.

The concept of seeing animals from balcony is what got me excited at another level. The experience is different level. They have safari too to see the wild animals and they had a fire folk dance which was pretty amazing. Not to mention the highlight is the restaurant where you’re eating while watching Lion with just a glass in between. They also offer breakfast with Giraffe which we couldn’t do as they have limited slots so better to book in advance

There were too many lizards in the room (which is okay as it’s a jungle) but we were very scared. They changed the room and the other one was better. Some members of the concierge staff is not at all helpful.

Amazing experience staying in park with the animals outside your window. Food was well priced for a resort with loads of selection. Staff were all very friendly and helpful

Would be great to have more than 1 trip on the bus to see animals. Trip is very short and quick. Or at least offer extra trips at a reasonable price I asked but to buy another bus trip I would have to pay full price of entrance fee of $75 Australian. You cannot see all the animals walking around. Word of advice keep your bus trip until late in day or morning as most animals asleep in middle of day
