The landscape and the views. The restaurant staff/chef were very nice and accommodative of our vegetarian food requests

We were two senior citizen couples and they gave us rooms in a building that can only be reached by two elevators and one very steep inclinator. The approach to the building was very dark making it dangerous to old people like us. The front desk manager was so insensitive, not helpful and very unprofessional with our genuine request to give us rooms in the main building or at least shift us next day.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We got an upgrade to the suite room, the view from its balcony is breathtaking. The hotel is huge and very beautiful. Highly recommend.

The area is stunning! The hotel is big and very natural: we saw different birds, insects, reptiles, and even fireflies. Also, the variety of plans is impressive: in the evenings we enjoyed the smell of some flowers blooming. Cicadas were amazing! The service of the staff was very friendly and efficient. We loved the incliner! Even the fact that it was quite slow was a relaxing addition to the whole atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was very delicious and a good variety for us, however, we went to the place across from the hotel as well: cheaper and really good also:)

The room we stayed in was quite worn out, especially the bathroom. The common areas are missing proper cleaning and some maintenance refreshments: for example, a new layer of paint on some elements of buildings, cleaner corners of corridors and stairs. More lights on the pathways would be great for evening walkers like us:) Breakfast could be improved by a wider variety of fruits and hot meals. Free activities could be more amusing and professional: garden tours could be more passionate with additional information, and painting for kids could be more inspiring. At times, the internet in the room was not strong enough for online meetings we had for work.

This hotel is perfect for families! They have so much to offer, including mini soccer, a swimming pool, a gym, yoga sessions, and various activities for the whole family to enjoy together. The breakfast is fabulous, with plenty of delicious options to start the day right. There’s also ample parking space, which is so convenient. The staff are absolutely lovely, always welcoming and attentive. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, with balconies that provide stunning views of the surroundings. It’s a wonderful place to stay, and I highly recommend it for family holidays!

The location - at around 800 meters above sea level, the temperature was just right without being too cold or too hot. The view from the hotel (only if you are allocated high floors) is beautiful. The landscaping around the hotel is well maintained. Buffet breakfast is decent.

This being part of the Banyan Tree group, would have expected the hotel to provide hand towels. The bathroom could probably need some more additional cleaning in the shower area. The ala carte selections in the hotel's restaurant is rather limited and pricey.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and food at the restaurants was delicious. Despite being near a busy road, the resort is quiet and you barely hear street noises. The sounds of nature in the evening are very calming.

Maintenance and cleaning are below standard. Some plates that guests had left in a hallway were left there for over 24 hours. The AC in the gym is dripping water. It seems that the managers are not taking the necessary action even though staff are aware of issues.

The Homm is a well furnished, beautifully located hotel that was perfect for our first visit to the Bedagul area. The staff are friendly and helpful with a high standard of hospitality training. The 2 restaurants offer very good food at a reasonable price. The views from your room are exceptional. We highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

The high standard of hospitality leaves nothing to be desired. Bedagul is a wonderful area to explore, and the Homm is prefectly located to do this. However, we had our own rental car, which gave us the freedom and flexibility to explore at our leisure.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations in variety and quality. 5 stars level. Beautiful location and view. Good massage, not the best, but considering the price, I'm totally satisfied. The restaurant serves good, a little bit overpriced, but the quality of the food left me pleased. In this area, it's hard to find a good restaurant at all. Hence you won't regret having it on site.

Wifi is poor! Upgrade your equipment, bad coverage and speed. It's a plague in Bali in general so I'm not surprised

What an exceptional hotel experience! We relished every moment of our 4-day stay and found it hard to bid farewell. Our visit during the off-peak season was a true blessing, as the hotel's serene beauty and abundant offerings could be fully appreciated. From the lush rice fields and majestic mountains to the inviting swimming pool and the picturesque surroundings, this place had it all. The breakfast spread was not only delectable but also wonderfully diverse, and I appreciated the option to take coffee with me each time. A heartfelt thank you to Angga and the entire staff for their extraordinary service. We're already looking forward to a return visit, and the massage services offered at the hotel were simply superb; we indulged in them almost daily.

We found almost everything to be exceptional, but if we were to offer a minor critique, it would be regarding the dinner experience at the restaurant. It might benefit from some improvements, especially in the grill section.

The hotel is truly beautiful, offering lovely rooms with stunning views. However, it's important to note that its remote location means that taxi fares should be taken into consideration when planning to explore nearby areas. The pool area is exquisite, providing a serene and picturesque atmosphere, surrounded by breathtaking rice fields.

The rooms in the hotel have thin walls, and during our stay, we had a connecting door to the neighboring room, which resulted in the clear transmission of sound from the TV, music, and conversations. We stayed for two nights, and on the first morning, the breakfast provided was quite basic, with limited vegetarian options. However, on the second morning, they presented a full buffet breakfast that was much more satisfying. It is unclear why this wasn't offered on the first day, especially since breakfast was included in the price we paid for the hotel. When the full buffet breakfast is available, there is a wide variety of delicious food choices to enjoy.
