Air con not great and wifi patchy

We reserved just one night since we arrived late and were heading to Nusa Lembongan the next day. It suited our needs perfectly, with excellent and accommodating staff, comfortable beds, and all the essentials for a one-night stay at an affordable price.

The room had all the essentials for our stay, but we deduct one star due to an unpleasant bathroom smell. Although we didn't notify the staff and managed it for one night, it's worth mentioning for future guests. Apart from that, everything else was fantastic!

The garden in the middle is amazing. AC Is very good and the room is very spacious. Amazing value for money.

Flushing the toilet sometimes had a faint smell, but I've seen this across multiple hotels in Bali so it isn't isolated to this one.

Pool was great, very clean and lovely helpful staff, we were able to leave our bags to go off for the day once we had checked out our room so that was very handy. Really comfortable bed and good shower. Overall had a good stay!

There is construction work being done at the moment and it was quite noisy in our room, they seemed to work all day and night so did keep waking up.

It was clean and tidy and good central location with a Circle K next door which was very handy.

Location, comfortable beds

This hotel is in a great location. Central to everything. The roof top pool is lovely, small size, but only has 3 sun beds which isn’t a lot for the number of rooms. You can get pool towels at reception, we didn’t know this until check out. Breakfast isn’t provided at the hotel but lots of options nearby. Nice towels. It’s great value for money. I would stay again .

The doors seem shut, so you will get woken up by other guests coming and going from their rooms. Some rooms face the main road so get more traffic noise. There was a light that stayed on directly outside my bedroom window and the curtains didn’t fully block it. The fridge was also very loud and would make a bang noise every now and then during the night.

It is a good value for the money. The hotel is located right in front of the shopping center, through which there is a direct pass to the beach. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, massage places, and convenient stores nearby. As for the hotel itself, our room was big enough, cleaned every day unless asked not to. The rooftop pool is cozy. The staff was friendly and supportive. We were allowed to leave our baggage in the storage room before the check-in time.

There was a bit of smell in the bathroom (I guess it comes from the plumbing system).

Location, quietness & room accommodation

Does not have any restaurant or food &beverage facilities. Only had tiny small cups, no coffee, mugs or large glasses as alternative option. Even to have a mixed drink eg: gin & tonic, no suitable drinking glasses. Would recommend having larger cups and drinking glasses available. It is a tourist hotel and most tourists like to have a cuppa ☕️ or a drink 🥃 when on holidays!

I like it that the hotel is in the main road, close to restaurant and night market and spa place where I wanted to go. Room is fine for 1 person stay. It has basic amenity. TV has many channels. Bed is comfy. Light is fine. AC is fine in the direction that I like - not to my head. I like the big window in the room in quiet corner. The staff is very very nice and helpful, I like the homestay vibe in a modern hotel room set up. Have Circle K in the same property is also very convenient.

I can hear noise from the road where construction is happening. Internet is also very challenging for work, although I can do Yoga with zoom inside the room. But for proper work, not good. No lamp switch close to bed so have to turn off the light from the main switchboard in the bath room when ready to go to bed - a bit inconvenient for my taste.
