Location is very convenient just a few steps from BNI Skytrain station. You can easily walk further to the malls although the 10 min walk is through a bit dodgy street but that’s how Jakarta is like. The terrace at the top floor has nice views. Room has everything you need although the washbasin next to bed is weird architectural solution. They stored my bags after checkout.

Wanted to make reservation for my stay on the way back to Jakarta but they were unable to check that so they replied “fully booked” although that was not the case.

It was a very pleasant stay here. The rooms are neat, clean, well organized. The beds are very comfy. The location is perfect to get to from BNI skytrain station( from the airport) and is easily accessible to Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia and all the tourist attractions in Jakarta. The rooftop is amazing with a great view, drinks, good breakfast and the friendly staff most of all. Whenever I went up there, they welcomed me with a smile. All the staff including the ones at the reception, bell boys are very friendly. Highly recommended:)

I like the location of the hotel that is located strategically in the city. The place is near a mall and also public transport from the airport.

I do not like that the hotel does not provide bottle of water. Instead they provide us with jug that we can refill at the water dispenser. Upon entering the room the jug is already set up in the room with a tape that showed its sealed over the cover but the opening is not sealed and the water can still be contaminate with dust.

Good location, 10 minute walk to Grand Indonesia. Convenient to get a grab car from the lobby as well. Train station just outside the hotel has little F&B stalls including Mixue, Auntie Anne's. Clean and comfortable beds. There was even a bolster for each guest which i loved. TV with good movies playing Wonderful rain shower with good water pressure. Buffet breakfast (100k IDR/pax before tax) had great options and wonderful views of the city. I appreciated their efforts to reduce plastic bottles: instead of daily bottled water, the room had a glass carafe which could be refilled outside in the hallway at their water dispenser. My parents had a 60min in-room massage service and they both really enjoyed it! Their tired muscles felt so much better after the massage. Would've been easier for the masseuses if there were twin beds, but both our rooms had queen beds.

The tap is mounted too far to the sides of the washbasin; water would splash behind it, which was where the floor and hotel bed is. A splash guard would be useful Wifi was a little slow Check-in took 20minutes and this was us arriving at a quiet time and i didn't have to wait for my turn.

Location and for Budget hotel is OK

we stayed there for two nights, the first night we were on the first floor and it smelled so bad of chlorine that it disturbed our sleep. the next day after complaining we were able to move to the upper floor and it was better. but in general, the hotel has a lot of mold between the doors and is not very clean.I think the hotel sanitation needs to be cleaned again.

Location & breakfast were good. Very nice rooftop view to start-off every new day. Room & AC were great.

Shower holder stand needs fixing. Room safe was not working. Removing finished meals from every previously seated customer was indeed fast, but could have been better if remembering to wipe-up the table & place mats altogether.

The breakfast is great and the rooftop restaurant has a wonderful view. Also, if you plan to use the airport train, you can't beat the location.

We asked for a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, the hotel wasn't able to provide it, so if you have a problem with that, I wouldn't recommend staying there.

Walking distance to Plaza and Grand Indonesia. Great city view from the room [Higher floor]. Near to LRT station.

Furniture is quite old and outdated. Experience one of the guests fell down from the seat during breakfast. Need to improve cleanliness as well.

It is very conveniently located to BNI Baru station connecting by airport train. Also BNI city is convenient to use MRT new railway system and local KAI train station. Rooftop restaurant was offering food and drink with reasonable prices with wonderful view. Room seemed a little bit small but well organized. I felt like the sense of the room of French "Esprit" and supplying water was not by plastic bottle but with water jar provided at the corridor. It was very eco friendly.

There is not so much space at the lobby, but it was OK.

I had a very nice stay here. Reception allowed me to check in early, which was most appreciated after a long flight from Europe. A nice touch, was an ATM in the lobby. You didnt need to search the streets for a bank. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, especially the Indonesian choices. The rooftop breakfast was very nice. I suggest you go early to avoid crowds. I went at 7am everyday and it was quiet. And lastly, this hotel is great value for money spent

Not the fault of the hotel, but I didnt enjoy the out of control children cartwheeling in the lobby barefoot, whilst their parents were either glued to their phones, or staring blankly at the ceiling. It was the same at malls and airports. Children are not controlled or disciplined.here. Wore me out.
