The modern interior and the bed is the best! I got the opportunity to stayed in 2 different types of rooms, the first 2 night i was in the 3 beds male dormitory, and my last night was at the deluxe room, overall it was nice and pretty acceptable, could improved , but for a high tolerance people like me and solo travelling its ok lah

Need a slight renovation at few spots such as behind sink, room ceiling and drainage system, and please upgrade the breakfast lol you could provide different pastries, not have to be expensive but it will be nice to those long staying guest

It's a nice, modern hostel. Each bed is equipped with a universal socket, light, good curtains, and a locker. Each room has it's own bathroom, which was clean in my room. The staff at the reception was very helpful, although fluency in English varied. There's a shared kitchen and WiFi was strong enough.

There wasn't any atmosphere of a hostel, not much of a problem as I stayed just for a night. Overall it's a very comfortable hostel.

Wonderful! I missed my connecting flight & this place was walking distance from the airport. Additionally it was clean, comfortable and a safe heaven for a my distressed self. The manager went above and beyond in supporting all guests and treated everyone with utmost respect and compassion. In another life, he could have been a counsellor, a support worker or a therapist. This hostel felt like a home and left me feeling rejuvenated. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Absolutely amazing!

i like the place its walking distance in the beach and restaurant..the bed is comfy and big the staff was good kind and accomodating.

the stairs...its tiring to bring your luggage in the long stairs especially when your room is in the 3rd floor..the bathroom outside in our room is a bit dirty..the locker was good the place was big and nice.

The staff was friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is very simple local food. The location is very near to airport.

I was unlucky that the power plug was spoiled, so I couldn't charge my phone from my bed, they can only fix it the next day. So I got the help from their staff to charge my phone. Another thing is the aircon keeps auto switch off, I don't know what the problem. I need to switch It on at midnight.

All good.. clean have breakfast .. and coffee

Smell.. they got this naphthalene balls all over bathrooms toilets .. it’s just smell soo bad and give me terrible headed .. naphthalene it’s absolutely toxic and do organ damage.. and can call cancer !!! IT’s shouldn’t be used in hostels or hotels at all !!! U must research on things u use

Plenty of space in their large capsules (I know they aren't technically capsules). A good table that is high enough to leave out an open with things on it whilst you sleep, met the owner. He was lovely. Very friendly. I would stay again.

Unfortunately one of the residents in my dormitory took late night phone calls.

Extremely luxurious hostel. - small dorms - you get a towel and a free toiletry bag with shampoo and a toothbrush - curtains - lockers - comfortable beds - small collapsable tables within the bedframe for the Laptop - free breakfast (toast with jam or something indonesien)

Room was very clean an comfy. The beds a great to sleep and the curtains keep the bed dark. You also have a little table to put your stuff. Bathroom was clean and good. Staff was friendly and helpful!

No hot shower.

When I had some problems, I talked to the staff and they helped me right away. It was very nice to have a breakfast with traditional dishes every day. They are very kind and friendly.
