It's great value for money. Some of the best value in Kuta in my opinion. The room and hotel grounds are kept clean, the rooms were cleaned daily by the staff, and they frequently smoke out any mosquitoes in the area which you don't always see from cheaper stays.

There was 2 things. The first is the shower heads. Having a shower was just fine, it wasn't great, and it wasn't bad. But the shower head in at least my room was past it's time and needed to be replaced, the water pressure and flow pattern was not efficient. The last thing would be, when the cleaners mop your floor. They don't dry it on their way out, which should be a no no. They need to make an extra pass on the way out with a clean mop to remove the residual water on the floor. Otherwise you just find yourself walking on a wet floor which isn't comfortable for anyone, especially when you want to then lie on your bed.

The location is perfect. It is closed to everywhere and anything you need. The hotel is so artsy, comfortable that it makes you feel like home, the view from the pool during the sunset was mesmerising, the hotel staffs are nice. The price is super good. Definitely exceeding my expectations.

The hotel is located in a small alley that it is hard to get there by a car. So if you order a taxi or drive a car, this place is certainly not for you. In the alley, there were a lot of bike riders and the path is uneven, so I think this hotel is best for young people. My parents doesn't like it very much due to the fact that I mentioned. But, I loved it.

The breakfast was the same every day and cold its in need of a major overall, luckily restaurants just outside the hotel that was open for breakfast that many of the quests took advantage off. Lack of storage space in the room

Fantastic location right in the middle of everything in Kuta. We arrived around 10.30pm on a Sunday night and was able to get a meal at Aggie's pub just up the road. The staff at Suka were lovely Room was a bit dated but was clean and comfortable. Great value for approx AUD$35/night. If you stay here, we highly recommend brunch at Stakz Cafe/Restaurant just a few steps away.

Breakfast was very, very limited choices and nothing was labeled so unsure what we were eating. First morning there was breaded chicken and the next morning we thought it was chicken again but it was actually fish. Not great if you have food allergies. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel after the 2nd morning.

The swiming pool was close to my room, went there most days. The room was big and bed confortable, lots of pillows. Staff is amazing, especially the cleaning crew providing coffee and water everyday. Location is great, lots of shops, café around and like 5/10mins walk to the beach and the mall. I would come back here if I stayed in Kuta again.

Moskito bites the first night, I arrived at like 10pm, one was probably in the room and I didn't know. I was careful the other nights so it was ok. The drain in the shower got clogged very easily, not sure if it was from me or not but I had to clean in depth otherwise water would stay on the floor of the bathroom after shower.

The staff were all so friendly and accommodating and they offered a daily housekeeping service which was very useful. The room was beautiful and spacious and so comfy! The common areas (the dining hall and pool) were also incredible, and the breakfast buffet was delicious!

Honestly not much at all I loved it! It would have been nice if the toilet window was more accessible and able to be opened, though, as there also wasn’t an exhaust fan and therefore it could get quite smelly in there and there were signs that mould may start to grow on the shower tiles.

The rooms were clean and large. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were fabulous. The pool was refreshing and clean. Would definitely book again.

Rooms large and clean with excellent bed very comfortable , rooms have just been refurbished so great value for money and breakfast was also lovely, smart tv in room with good aircon , staff also friendly and helpful , Pool area very relaxing and an oasis but a stone throw from all the bars and restaurants We will definitely be back

The location is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I found it easy to relax during my stay, even though renovations took place during the day; they didn’t bother me. This year, a hair dryer is available—ask at the reception. Additionally, compared to my stay last year, they now offer daily housekeeping, and the staff is very kind. The pool is small but more than adequate, and I enjoyed swimming there almost daily. The swimming and lounging area is well maintained.

Please note that swimming towels are not provided. During my last stay last year, I found it helpful to bring my own. The breakfast offerings are quite basic and portion sizes are on the smaller side, which is why I opted not to include it with my stay. Fortunately, there are plenty of cafes and dining options nearby for alternative meals.
