It was perfect stay in Kuta. The place is super quiet, I could hear many birds and beautiful insects singing. The all staff are super friendly and helpful, they are working here over than 15 years. You can go to noisy night places by foot easily and come back in to the REAL NATURE. I walked around but I couldn’t find any better place than here!! After stayed 1 night, I enjoyed surf school from the morning and came back to take shower them checked out before noon. It was one of the most beautiful moment in my life.

Friendly and helpful staff. Ayesha was so nice. Excellent location. Walking distance from all the good areas in Kuta beach. 24 hour reception. They attended to our every needs. Cleanliness was just wow! Amazing views from the bedroom windows of the pool & greenery

Just the fact that there were too many mosquitoes around. But that was not too much of a problem! We managed well. The staff sprayed the rooms and kept mosquito coils in the outside sitting areas.

This is a beautiful little oasis tucked in the chaos of Kuta. The established garden around the pool was stunning. Clean room and pool with a very comfortable large bed and the room had lovely traditional Balinese furnishings. TV with lots of channels and a mini bar was great.

There was no water dispenser. It was also impossible to contact the hotel prior to our arrival (tried phone, email, booking.com message) to see if someone would be there for our very late arrival (there was FYI). No breakfast option was challenging with kids that wake up early. There is a coffee cart right on the beach from the hotel that’s open from 6am. Also 69Resto nearby does buffet breakfast for 125K from 6.30am. Nice coffee and breakfast burgers at ‘See You Cafe’ open from 8am.

Lots of mosqyitoes inside the room

I had the entire first floor of the villa to myself. I love the high ceiling, and shower area having an open-air concept with a rain shower. I love the humungous bed and ambience for the hotel common facilities and the room.

I would have preferred to use the outdoor area for meditation, but there were just too many mosquitos. To be fair, hotel staff put up mosquito coils around, but it seems like the mosquitoes are just relentless. There weren't many power sockets found in the room (in fact there was only one that was connected to the TV). I had to approach the staff to get an extension bar to gain access to the only power socket in the room while still having the TV operate. There isn't much space for bed side table or chair. You got to sit on the bed to watch TV and to use the table that is provided.

Everything, 24 hour (super lovely, super helpful) staff, very central location (however super quiet!!), extremely clean, good sized very clean shared pool, beautiful well appointed (yet earthy) furnishings over two levels in the 3 bedroom villa (overlooking the pool), outdoor AND indoor lounge area, water features with fish surrounding the outdoor seating area, lovely kitchen area off the outdoor lounge area also, two wooden entry doors take you into a small paved entry area - I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!☺️

Fabulous ambience great thought in the design and feel quiet secluded fab location. Would definitely go back. Staff ( if you could reach them) very freindly

1st room Kettle boiled so hot didn't turn off . Torn bed sheets were used in bed upon arrival...?Needs bath mat as tub V slippy. 2nd room TV didn't work. 3rd room TV remote batteries dead. Hole in bath plug so couldn't run bath. Curtains V hard to close as curtain rail wavy had to close as room 1 meter from pool. Not enough plug sockets only one for light so had to unplug to charge phone. Despite all the above I'd love to go back. (Damp in bathroom)

We liked everything about this accommodation. Such a lovely deluxe studio. Bed was so comfortable. Bathroom big and clean. Great pool views through large glass windows/doors. Even a little balcony to sit on and enjoy a drink. Location is hidden up dead end laneway so you don't hear the traffic and very peaceful and relaxing environment in the hub of Kuta. Very close to Beachwalk Shopping centre as well.

Nothing. There is no restaurant or bar at accommodation but being in Kuta, there is so much choice, you don't need it.

Hidden gem tucked away from the busy road but private and quiet. Nice and clean pool and very relaxing vibe. Staff very helpful, attentive and polite. Our villa was spacious with huge bathroom and outdoor area. Very private and quiet during day and night. It is a short walking distance from the main street and the beach.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night before the flight so haven’t had a chance to enjoy the facilities completely. Option for a breakfast was missing.

We stayed here twice, first in the villa with kitchen amd private pool, second in a simple room. The place is good, nice kitchen, beautiful indoor garden and pool. The staff is helpful and kind. We got water, but keep in mind there is no eating options (nor breakfast nor dinner), you have to go in the town or order. But that is not a problem, there is a lot of places nearby.

The villa has 2 floors and the bathroom is on the top floor. To be able to have water there is a waterpump which is next to the window and very loud operating almost continously. We had to ask the staff to turn it off because we could not sleep but than you have no water, until they swith it back on.. :D On our second stay in the simple room, the tea cups and most of the glasses were not clean :/.
