The 5 rooms are very modern in a new building. It is large, well furnished Witt cool AC, TV, refrigerator, and hot water 24/7. Outside is a little corridor with a table and two chairs in every room. Separated by a nice garden, is the family house old but of beautiful typical architecture of Bali. The location is superb. 5 minutes walk to Kuta Beach, Market and Restaurantes for any budget from KFC to expensive Gourmet. Jim outside the Hotel is a Laundry where they charge 2 US dollar per kilo and ready in 2 hours. The staff of the Hotel was the best part. Always smiling and helping with any issues and they even gave us a rude to the airport for half the regular taxi drive at 4 am. The only minor issue is that Goggle has the wrong location and it may take longer to find. The easy way will be to search in Google or to tell the taxi driver to drive to the Hotel ROYAL REGENTARIS, Kuta. Just across is a white alleyway were the Hotrl is located at the end. Highly recommended!!

I stayed here for 3 weeks when I went to Kuta. The beach is couple minutes from the accommodation, which is great! They have only about 5 units at their property (so no crazy amount of people everywhere) and I was very surprised how quiet it was. For someone who also worked for Bali, this was 10/10, since I could sit outside on the terrace and work and it was not very noisy. Their Wi-Fi is also good. This is really great for anyone who wants to stay close to the beach but likes the homey feeling with their stay. Also, the people who live there and run this are one of the nicest I ever met! Super helpful, kind and nice, but never in your space. Over all I really had a lovely stay there :-)

The only think that I guess a lot of people have trouble with is finding the entrance from the street, as it is slightly hiden between the shops.

Accommodation was cheap and cheerful, the bed was comfortable and the room was huge. Perfect for a couple or solo traveller. Location is great for getting from the airport and the staff were friendly. Right next to a kmart so handy for water etc.

Google maps doesnt actually take you right to the accommodation but locals were happy to show me where to go. It is down a white wall alleyway opposite the Royal Regentaris Kuta. Outdoor bit is a bit run down but it is just a cut through to get to your room.

Affordable price, clean , big spacious with fridge in it and the staff are very friendly. The owner also offering laundry services, car rent tour,motobike rent ! These make me and my family stays so much easier ! Surely me and family will comeback ! Staff and the locals who live at the hotel were by far the best thing about the stay. Very, very friendly and nice people. Rooms were excellent. Good a/c, bathroom facilities, fridge, etc. Location is 5*. Close to everything in Kuta - beach, shopping, restaruants, etc.

The room I stayed in was not in the building shown on booking.com. The cheapest rooms are located a bit away from the hotel in, what I would describe as, a traditional Balinese housing compound complete with ducks, pet dogs, cats, etc. No major problem, but I just would have liked to have known before booking. This is an issue booking.com should address. This particular section of the property is quite unlit at night-time. On the plus side, the family who live onsite in this section are fantastic people - super friendly and just really nice.

We were provided rooms within their home complex and not in the hotel complex. Looked more like a home stay. Lots of pets around. Still, just to sleep the night and get ready it was convenient enough. Provides geyser facility. Bed was comfortable. Multiple Charging ports present. This place has Mosquitoes, but manageable if you keep your rooms closed.

Cleanliness could be been better. Wash basin was not cleaned properly and shaved hair from previous stay was found. No proper display board for the hotel. The streets outside were unhygienic compared to our other stay at Kuta and Ubud.

The pool is amazing and the staffs are really friendly and helpful.

Slightly hard to find on maps, have to go down an alley way to find the property. Tv in room, however no channels.

After a flight cancellation very late in the evening we needed an emergency hotel close to the airport. Booked at quarter to midnight, got an immediate reply. The staff was very friendly and helpful organising everything even at that late hour. For just a very small fee they allowed us to extend our stay until 6 in the evening which was really appreciated. Nice big rooms, beautiful and quite big pool. Very good value for money. Also the location was perfect. Just 10-15 min by Grab from the airport and many nice bars, restaurants and the beach in walking distance.
