The hotel centrally located in the city. U can walk to kg ujung for seafood dinner from here. Mixue just next door. If u need taxi there is taxi station infront of the hotel. Motorcycle rental shop also nearby.. the room is really big.. u have a lot of space there, good ac, hot shower, tv, wifi.. nice staff n very helpful, they also help to order pickup from airport to hotel.. Only 1 thing need to improve.. about the free breakfast.. to simple n u will feel bored if u stay there more than 1 night bcoz u will get same breakfast choice for everyday.. make it more varity would be better..

This hotel is located about 100 meters from the dock where all the boats and ferries depart from, so the location was perfect for us. The rooms are all spacious and quiet (if you have a harbor view). The view of the harbor is great, especially from the rooftop where you'll have your breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place, and we'll stay here again next time I'm in Labuan Bajo.

Staff is really helpful and kind. Rooms are spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air/con works properly and the shower jet is good. The breakfast is basic but yummy (pancakes are nice, noodles a little spicy). We enjoyed staying on the terrace in the afternoon and enjoy the sunset. The location is strategic, you are right in the middle of the main road so you can walk anywhere on the water front within minutes (hills places take a little longer). The majority of diving shops are at max 10 minutes walk. I will for sure re-book this hotel.

The only thing that was a little annoying was that the street gets a little noisy at night. We had to use earplugs which solved the problem. Our room was road side, so perhaps choose the water front side, I suppose rooms are quite that side (can't guarantee though). BEAR IN MIND that, the majority of the hotels on the Main Street are going to share the same problem so this is not exclusive to this hotel (not my first time in Bajo). If you want quite environment, you will have to compromise with the location and go to the hill side, possibly far away from the mosque, unless you want to wake up at 4am.

Great view of the Light House and Harbour from my room and from the rooftop breakfast and lounge area. Great location too. It’s central to lots of cafes and restaurants and tour shops and just a 5 minute walk across the street to harbour. The staff was extremely helpful especially that I booked at their hotel last minute and I was also struggling to look for a day tour to Komodo National Park / Islands for the next day since I was not yet in Labuan Bajo and had limited time. They were able to assist me and quickly book my day trip with a wonderful tour company before I had even arrived at the hotel. They are some of the best hotel staff I’ve encountered. My room was big and spacious.

While everything was working fine, they could do a little maintenance and could be a bit more cleaner, thus my rating. Everything else was fine.

The roof terrace and breakfast are lovely. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. Rooms are huge with a comfortable bed. location is I the centre of the dive hub with good restaurants nearby.

The bathroom had a little bit of a poor smell and could use with a little bit descaling as the showerhead, shower screen and taps were badly over run. It would really improve the look of the bathroom without much work. We also felt bad at how attentive the staff were. They have clearly been told to stand and greet you whenever you walk past but when you walk out your room to 6 people waiting for you it’s a little much. I’m all for exchanging hellos and smiles but employees shouldn’t feel the need to stand up from reception desk to greet me every time I’m in the lobby.

The staff were so friendly and really make this place shine. The hotel itself is quite basic but clean, and after a night on a boat it was heavenly! Rooms are big and I imagine very beautiful to be on the sea side. Nice to have the roof terrace to relax on before we left for the airport. It's very central and easy to walk to the port and many restaurants.

We had a street facing room and it was pretty noisy. The facilities are tired - old bed - old towels - and bathroom could do with updating too.

Everything was okay and it was close to everything like the harbour, the restaurants, markets so its very good. Everything for the tourist is within walking distance so you can't complain about the hotel location. Excellent.

The lobby is on the second floor because downstairs is a warung so a bit confusing but otherwise okay (can't recall seeing a lift). The breakfast was okay but not the choices listed on Booking.com so a bit disappointing.
