The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, polite and empathetic when a family member was not well. The staff surprised me on my birthday with a little cake and song, which was really lovely. Facilities were always clean and well maintained plus the restaurant food was delicious and good value.

Location was a tad challenging at times due to the traffic, but this is common throughout the Legian area

The people were all welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. The 24 hour desk was helpful and it was a nice feeling having security and people around as a solo traveller. The food court nearby was only 1 minute walk and had amazing options. The hotel was a close walk to the beach.

The restaurant had a couple of amazing local dishes but was largely western food options, which was disappointing. I would have loved to have seen more Indonesian food featured. The Indonesian food they did serve was delicious.

Staff all pleasant and helpful, the pool was very nice good depth 1.5m, having legion food court just down the road made this a good location. And local convenience store very close.

The only couple little things like the pool towels you had to wait for and holes in pool towels. And maybe the sheets on beds some may be ready to renewed

no ATM close by- have to go to main strip although Legian strip is close by on a hot day it is not a great walk restaurant is open so no air con- killer when the weather is hot and sticky

The hotel rooms were really good. The spa was so amazing. very cheap prices and best massage I have ever had in my life! The food and cocktails were brilliant! the staff were fantastic they couldn’t do more for you. They catered for me being gluten free and so friendly. Special mention to April she was so lovely and made our stay so nice. Thank you so much!

The pool is in the shade most of the time. if your not a sunbather this would not be an issue. The decking around the pool could do with an upgrade. The cockerels in neighbouring areas are very loud but this is common in Bali. They are cockerels everywhere due to tradition.

The staff where phenomenal especially April n Cynthia always greeted with a huge smile with either a good morning good afternoon or good evening

Bathrooms and rooms could do either a really good deep clean , bring women up early every morning by the rooster in the yard behind the pool

A great place to stay in Bali. Very friendly and helpful staff who are always ready to welcome you with open heart. Everything about the hotel is excellent, clean, stylish and spacious. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. A good swimming pool for the kids to keep them occupied. Special thanks to the lovely team of Nyoman, April, Eka, Febri, Tika, Windu, Mita, Mahendra and the rest for making our stay so special and memorable.

The hotel was nicely decorated and the room in the ground floor with pool access was very good. The staff was friendly and they helped us to extend our stay for one additional day. The swimming pool was nice and welcoming, and the price was very convenient, as you are close to many restaurants, a food court and a commercial street within walking distance. We stayed two nights before flying out from Denpasar and it was very convenient.

We only had problems with noisy neighbors as they had kids playing in the pool during the day and adults drinking and talking loudly in the balcony in the night.
