There were only shelves in the room (no wardrobe etc.) Any other furniture where people could put their things or clothes would greatly help Almost impossible to dry out wet clothes in the room with no balcony Wi-Fi got bad when the hotel got crowdy few days later

Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean. There was bottled water everyday for us. Food was buffet and nice Indonesian cuisine. The kitchen staff prepared breakfast for us on the check out date as we had an early flight. location was great. 5 minutes walk to restaurants and shops another 5 minutes you will reach Legian beach.

Towels are old, almost color gray but it's clean so it's not a big deal. Pool water was cold. I didn't get the chance to swim. I was disappointed by the size too. Its like a kiddie size pool.. But I love this hotel.. Will come back again in the future

I just booked a single night stay so we could be close to the airport, have a sleep and a shower. I liked the location just off the hutly and bustle of the main road, but only a very short walk to have a meal, massage, drink etc. The breakfast was also good as I like indonesian food, but if you want a western option, it's a bit limited. The staff were all friendly and attentive.

The karaoke bar close by is a bit noisy, but there isn't much they can do about that. It doesn't matter wheere you stay in bali you will find it's noisy at night, especially around legian and kuts etc.

Room was great. Clean and staff were always available for any needs. It's a small room, but perfect for a solo traveller or a couple that don't need all the bells and whistles and extra storage space. Safe available. No iron or hair-dryer. Beds are very firm, but with a simple request they added some extra softness. Location is great and close to most of Legians popular attractions.

Outside the firm bed, the pool is small and has limited sunshine but perfect for a quick dip and relaxation.

Clean and comfortable for.a.short stay, in the centre of shopping and restaurants. Easy walk to everything

it’s on a quite street. rooms look same as pics. staff is very friendly and way polite. has a lift so you can park your bike in the basement and get a lift to your room. bed is very comfortable. housekeeping staff cleans your room everyday, although I got it cleaned only twice during my 8 days stay as I was by my self. aircon works fine. it’s a great place for the price you pay. will come back

my room wasn’t ready although I got there around 1600 hours. no hand soap or hand towels in the bathroom so had to use bath towel and shower dispense soap which was ok for me. hotel needs to update its room facilities as a lot of stuff mentioned on the list wasn’t available in the room. for example - flip flops, hair dryer, etc etc.

The value for money and quality of staff customer service was on point! I loved my room, and the staff kept it clean. The AC was great, even sometimes had to turn it off because it worked so well. I asked a lot of the reception staff during my stay- like holding my laundry for me and passing onto Laundry service pick up etc. And they obliged no problems. It was a great stay overall.

The only negative for me was the wifi, it wasn't useable. Could only receive delayed messages- was not able to download my study materials for Uni, or use Instagram/anything with video content.

Clean rooms, fast service (fixed the malfunctioned safe at 2230, which wasn't necessary).

Basic (boring) Indo breakfast. Toilet paper was removed each day and only ONE roll replaced. Had to order more several times. Towels also sometimes removed early and returned late in the evening, inconvinient. But quite minor things really.

Child friendly pool. Friendly staff. Great location. Quiet environment. Very well priced. Comfortable bed.

Shabby bathroom. Towels are very old and not nice smelling No toiletries provided. No coffee provided. Fridge very smelly/unusable. Breakfast buffet was ok - lacked continental options and no expresso machine.
