Everything. Location is good, restaurant staff and food amazing, all staff were lovely. pool access room terrific, beds comfy, facilities great. This one is a hidden gem! Definitely recommended. We stayed over Christmas & Santa came to visit at breakfast with little gifts of cookies for us all.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like. It was as a fantastic stay.

The hotel was clean, beds very comfortable and pool was clean and big

We noticed small things missing like $20 and some face creams but didn’t mention it as it was minimal. In hindsight could’ve been more$? On arriving home we found face serums and creams, hair serum and underwear had all been taken. The hotel denied claims. Watch your belongings including the safe as they said they found it open which we know it wasn’t.

2nd time staying , just as great as 1st time

Few rowdy people in pool splashing around and wetting ground floor terraces (day bed and towels etc ). Not hotels fault obviously , but be prepared guests on other levels around your ground floor pool access terrace in your space . Wish was bit more Adults only .

Location of the hotel is ideal for us. The size of the hotel is also good. Not too big with too many other guests making it feel busy. It feel nice and quiet. The restaurant is excellent value and quality of the food very good. Live entertainment was enjoyable.

The one problem we had was accessing the pool. We stayed in pool-side room 102. We found accessing the pool directly from the room was difficult. We heard the same story from other guests who had the same experience in that room. While there is a "Kiddies pool" there are no small or easy steps into the pool at that end of the pool. Within the room there were no bag stands or benches to place luggage on.

Great location with a fab cut through lane way to access the beach, pool access room is worth the little extra $ Staff were so kind and helpful, drinks and food poolside were great and can order via an app or pressing a buzzer. Beds were comfortable and pillows were better than mine at home! The hotel was clean and modern - such an amazing week at Ossotel!

The property is lovely, right next to the beach and has a lovely pool. Although we did not use it, it looked clean and well managed. Overall the property is modern, clean and provides you will all the essentials, it’s very well located and the attached restaurant is lovely and would recommend the breakfast included. The workers are absolutely lovely and very friendly and welcoming, they made our staff 100% better and will be staying again when we next come to Bali!

Excellent customer service. Every staff I ever encountered was super friendly. Rooms were clean. House keeping staff were very attentive. Location is also amazing! Hotel has a back door to a alley way to the beach. The hotel is also on a street with many restaurants, cafes, massages and shops.

everything is perfect, the pool access room we got is clean and new, the ala carte breakfast is amazing (better than the buffer options we have at other hotels)!

This was our 4th visit to Ossotel!! The staff are always very welcoming. The bed and pillows are what keep us coming back, so very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is also great, a great variety to choose from! And the Aircon is cold. We decided to have a pool room this time. We got the 2nd end room, closest to the beach exit. It was Perfect! It was So quiet and peaceful. I Highly recommend Ossotel.

Staff are attentive and friendly. Facilities were comfortable and very clean (we watched staff do an end-of-stay clean of a room - the bed & furniture was literally removed from the room so they could do a deep clean). Needed help with a couple of things during our 2 week stay, and staff were very attentive and responsive. The pool was slightly heated which stopped any cold shock when jumping in, and runs the length of the hotel, it was deep enough, and had a shallower section so you could sit in the water, or if you have young kids. Ground floor rooms have balconies that give direct access into the pool. Ample sunbeds and umbrellas are available, and the poolside food and drink service was appreciated. Despite being in the centre of Legian / Seminyak, it was very quiet during the night, but so handy to shops, pharmacies, restaurants, laundries and bars. However the attached restaurant (Romeos) had great food and drink if you didn't feel like stepping out. (Check out Fat Buddha just down the road if you like great food, friendly atmosphere and excellent nightly entertainment). The hotel is connected to the beach by a laneway at the back of the property which is very handy. We will definitely be repeat visitors to Ossotel, like many of the other guests we spoke with.

Had a really big think about this question, and to be honest, there's not much to dislike at Ossotel. There's no buffet breakfast (all dishes are made to order), or Spa - but they are features found in more in resorts. Besides, there's plenty of choice for food and spa services literally only a few steps in any direction.
