The staffs were lovely, room is decent size, clean and comfortable nothing much to not like about! Didn't get to use the pool but it was big and well-maintained. The location is convenient.

The location was great walking distance to Kuta area, but my friend and I experienced a lot of catcalling and verbal harassment from our walk back it was very scary, especially at night. I wouldn't recommend the place for solo female traveller because there's a walk into the alley to reach the accommodation.

I have stayed in this property in 2019 also and was a repeat visitor this time. I truly like the hospitable staff and their courtesies, they made sure that the Golden Anniversary trip of my parents to this property was memorable in their own very warm way.

Now I sincerely request them to think this: 1. I will comeback to this property only and only if they redo their washrooms completely and I mean it. I understand that their property is not designed towards catering to South Asians but they need to be conscious towards our demands also of Jet Sprays for toilet seats. I saw the same being there in Eateries also around in Bali and hence, they should also incorporate it now. 2. The size of Shower Cubicle and Wash Basin needs to be seriously looked at. 3. Pillows are the most important item in a Bed room and if they are not memory foam, then it leaves yoou feeling tired all the while as you don't get sound sleep.

Samsara in our ( Indian) language is family... And truly to the name it was a family atmosphere at Samsara Inn. Very spick and span in all the way from the lobby to the rooms and the pool...had a wonderful stay here. Super courteous, friendly, well dressed and well mannered staff was so heartwarming. Round the clock hot water, tea and coffee with a hot water kettle, uninterrupted Wi-Fi. You have rooms on the ground floor for the elderly in front of the pool, and also rooms on the first and second floors. Nice light and airy, passage, comfortable rooms. They also have a small restaurant opposite the Inn, very hygienic, neat and clean, pocket friendly also run by the same management...Offers delicious Indonesian delicacy and continental cuisine. Portion size of the breakfast is very large and tasty worth every penny. Samsara Inn is situated 30 meters from the main shopping street was also a blessing in disguise as it was so convinent to go shophopping, massage places, pub and bars, restaurants...or Mmarts, Kcircle...stores for water, juices, drinks, coffees, packed foods, cookies and chocolates and much more... It's about 500 to 600 meters walk to the beaches of Beautiful Bali... Walking through the memory lanes of the famous Poppies restaurant and Hotel of the yester years on the poppies lane no.1. Overall we had most memorable, comfortable, cozy stay here...will look forward being here in myt trip to this beautiful country very rich in traditional well being citizens. Thank you very much Samsara for making our stay at ease far away from home.

I loved the type of hotel it was a boutique one. The room was big enough for me as a solo traveller it was clean and beautiful. The offer of food across from hotel was amazing authentic cuisine. The staff were all beautiful and friendly. The building itself had 3 stores no lift but short amount of distance to climb. Because the hotel was kid free and smoke free limits the amount of people staying but glad that shared areas like the pool and dinning wasn’t packed. It was peaceful which I loved considering the location is a 1 min walk from a main and busy street

I only didn’t like the location because of how busy it was but the more I explored it actually was a great street to be on

We liked the staff, they were friendly & helpful and spoke a fair amount of English. We loved the locals in the area. We like how close the hotel was to the shops & restaurants. We liked the fresh towels and house keeping every day. We loved how they provided water to brush your teeth, a drink fridge & a balcony that overlooked the street and pool. This is an 18+ hotel & there was a rule that you can’t swim in the pool past 7pm, so the other guests were quiet & it was relaxing. The room had Australian power points so we didn’t need to bring an exchange plug. The pool was clean & easy to access.

The shower head had a strange bracket so it was too high and I couldn’t adjust the angle. The bathroom lacked bench space. These were minor issues, it didn’t affect how we felt about staying there. It was very good value for money. We would stay again.

Super friendly and helpful staff and owners! Comfy Hotel in a good place - especially if you wanna go out. The pool is clean and even if the hotel is booked you will not see so many guests during the day - so perfect for chilling and relaxing. The Warung belonging to Samsara is tasty with a good price and we really liked to eat there. Also it's within a 10-13 min walk to the beach. All in all: I had been there in 2019 alone and now in 2024 for 3 Weeks as a couple and I would definitely book it again - really can recommend it

It's nothing negative but may you need to get used to it: as you can see on the picture of the room, in our room there wasn't a door to the bathroom, so it's just separated by the glass (I think there are also rooms with doors to the bathroom). If you travel together and not used to have a "open" bathroom could be a new experience at the first time. But for us it wasn't a problem at all.

Central in kuta. Attractuve hotel outside inside.. very clean hotel and rooms.

This establishment is great for 1 person.However there are no doors between room and bathroom and people in toilet sound and smell penetrates the bedroom..There is no way to have natual light in room and still have privacy. No draps. And finally room has no refrigerator. No elevators and no one helps carries bags up 3 levels.

Convenient stay near beach for beginner surfers. Clean hotel. Price is ok (outside of tourist area is cheaper with larger rooms and break-feast in Bali but we wanted convenience to the beach so that was the compromise)

Not good location for taxi. Ordered a taxi via the hotel en route to airport, taxi driver arrived late, so we started to get nervous. I had to remind the desk as they weren’t active. When arrived, we were made to walk quite some distance to his car, but then he suddenly stopped over another taxi to the airport. So we lost about 45 minutes before getting into a second car. The second taxi was also very difficult as he was asking for more money than we agreed with the hotel (100k) but; the second taxi driver took advantage as we were desperate for the airport. So we paid more before rushing through airport security to get to our plane. Very difficult journey for what should be 15 minute journey with no traffic, but took more than 1 hour.
