I arrived after 9PM, quite close to airport, thats why I choose this option. Its located next to big street and was easy to find. Room is quite small but for one night it was ok. AC was working so that was nice and didnt feel the heat.

Pipe under sink was leaking, but I could use tap from shower, so no big deal for me. There was no sheet for blanket, so I used my sarung.

A suitable place for solo travelers if you are looking for simple accommodation close to the beach and the city center. For me, this place was an intermediate stop after a long flight.

Thin walls, you can hear all noises from the street so you should bring your earplugs with you. The floor of the toilet was left to sizzle with water after showering. Stains on sheets.

Location is quiet even though it is close to the main shopping areas and restaurants. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Good wifi connection. Owner provided me with detailed grab route to the hotel from my planned shuttle bus dropoff from Padangbai.

Location is an issue if you don't have a local SIM and want to use Grab to go to the airport. You will have to use a pickup spot at the hotel entrance on Jl Legian to stay in range of the hotel wifi so you can communicate with the driver. That means a long circuitous route back to almost the same location before going to the airport because of the one way traffic. If you have a local sim, you can walk 100m to the main road junction and you will save on both time and money going to the airport. Bathroom is a bit cramped with the shower head especially. Disturbance from the room next door with multiple different persons entering and leaving the room during the night.

Comfortable bed, cozy small room ideal for one person, perfect location so near to shops, ocean, cafes. Nice receptionists. Really enjoyed my stay there so that I extended my stay for one more night. All that is needed is provided. As for facilities, free water, soap is provided. But I’m sure that if you need smth urgent, receptionist could help you because they’re really very kind.

Sometimes I heard neighbors. Overall nothing to complain about. Thanks!

The location is good, the guesthouse staff is friendly and informative, the room is clean, the AC is cold, the TV functions well, the bed/mattress/pillow/blanket is clean and comfortable, the towels are clean, the bathroom/shower/hot water/closet/sink is clean and functions well.

Room clean, staff very helpful. there's a balcony outside that you can enjoy food while looking at the people passing by the road. you can hear the sound of busy road at night also. but, it doesn't bother you at all. and what I love the most, you can just walk for several minutes and yeah you'll arrive at Kuta beach.

The location is easy to find as the property is near the main Kuta beach street that has all the restaurants, clubs, shops etc. Around 9/10 minutes walk to the Kuta beach. Check-in was smooth. Has an open and nice balcony outside the rooms where you can sit, drink or spend some time. Room and facilities were good value of the money I paid for.

The room was small but it's a room for one person so that was ok. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also friendly. It's located in the center of Kuta so there are a lot of bars, restaurants and convenience stores around. For a single tourist, this place is perfect because all of the local tours offer a pickup service here.

TV channel nothing interesting, only maybe 5 channels & all are local TV. It's matter because sometimes I return to guest house early & like to see tv. But not a principal thing. And you cannot ask late check out at all, I understand because the room is not too many & the occupation is always full
