Room 108 toilet didnt flush properly. This was very unpleasant as we had to use the hose "bum gun" to wash down the waste. The team tried to resolve the matter but this needed some extensive plumbing as the toilet cistern lies in the wall

The staff were outstanding- they went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect stay. They were always so welcoming and friendly and everyone knew our names. I was extremely impressed with the hospitality!

The location isn’t ideal- it’s a long walk from anywhere with minimal restaurants/bars and entertainment within walking distance. We had to taxi everywhere.

The pool was great. Staff was very friendly and provided free decorations on every room service. The food was served to the room every morning. Laundry was inexpensive and was returned within a day. Android tv had Netflix already open or you can stream from your phone to the tv. Size was amazing. Decor and design of the villa was beautiful.

The food menu was limited. The pool had no heating. Mosquitoes are everywhere
