I can't say anything I just can say that I highly recommend it The place was amazing really amazing the staff was so friendly specially nana at the reception and Yorna they were very helpful...the room was so clean I remembered that I missed the breakfast and they woke up me at 12noon and they brought the breakfast to my room The food was so good I love that place and anytime I'll come again to bali definitely I'll stay on that villas

The only thing that I didn't like that when I came next time to then around 12:30 noon they told me the room it's ready then suddenly they received a call and they told me I need to wait until 2pm only this All others were perfect

Room is large and clean, swimming pool is safe n fun, highly recommended for families with kids. Reception service is prompt n very helpful. Our kids enjoyed the breakfast during stay and the girl named Dewi is absolutely friendly and kind.

Very nice villa located in a quieter area along the main road. The staff are really kind and helpful and are eager to make your stay great. The facilities were as expected and the pool was a decent size with the depth going deep enough for a great swimming session rather than just a dip. Special mention for the bathroom which was nicely designed for it to be practical and beautiful at the same time. There was nothing that we didn't like about the villa but rather some mentions that could help out future travellers: - The villa is located next to a mainroad that has no pedestrian crosswalks or any ways to cross it before a few hundred meters. The only pedestrian you will ever meet there are foreigners! Better get on your scooter if you want that Starbucks (a Starbucks is located in front of the villa but you can't cross directly to get there) - The water of the pool was pretty cold and needs some adjustment for your body to get naturally used to it. - Some of the plugs in the villa, albeit quite new (usb ports & al) were malfunctioning. The staff will come and help you out but my appliances were still not working. I didn't care too much as I was checking out soon. - Portion of the food is quite small. Nothing shocking as that's what I've been encountering during my Bali trip. I'm not someone who eats a lot at all, but even I find it the portions in the island quite small. Still haven't been able to figure whether it was the Balinese portion or the portions for foreigners. The food from Sampatti was very tasty though :)

I like the maintenance and the beauty of the villa. Also the hospitality of the staff was really incredible. They made the stay very easy and very peaceful. I would highly recommend the villa especially for the couples. The breakfast was really good and must try one. The lunch was different. overall, a must stay villa and I will definitely visit again when I get a chance.

The breakfast was great, I am coeliac and so I need to live on a gluten free diet and the restaurant were great with me once they understood what I was asking. They bought in gluten free bread (which was much nice than anything I've had in the UK) and they offered to make me things that weren't necessarily on the menu. The location was fine, it was a little out of the way and crossing the busy main road was a challenge but it wasn't a deal breaker, the hotel was so nice that it didn't really matter. You can see they are doing lots of work in the area so maybe it will look different in a few years.

We spent a week staying at Sampatti Villas and absolutely loved every part of our stay! The villa itself is stunning, with great ambience and a lovely pool, makes you feel as home in your own private retreat. It’s also super clean and very well equipped. The staff is amazing, very welcoming, friendly and always available for any request. We had also wonderful massage therapy by very skilful therapists. Breakfast was delicious and they also make excellent coffee, which was a nice surprise for us! Overall Sampatti is a fantastic place to truly unwind in comfort and privacy. We will definitely come back and we cannot recommend it enough to other visitors!

I've stayed in multiple villas in bali but Sampatti Villas takes it to the next level. Extremely modern in its setup. The outdoor pool and floating sunbed is honestly amazing! And the villa gets sun morning to noon! The room is great,massive bed and Huge TV that is hooked up to almost every subscription service you could think of! Security is no issue either ! They have 24hr security at the reception so when you leave your villa you just lock your bedroom door no need to worry about the villa entrance door. The staff were amazing went above and beyond and notjing was to much to ask. Breakfast was amazing! Everything was amazing!!! Nothing bad to say !

The only thing is its location right near Jalan Sunset, good luck crossing that highway! I tried and gave up and had to walk to the lights to cross the road.. so taxi or moped I would recommend

We really enjoyed having our own private pool, we had a load of fun ordering room service and spending our days watching movies and lounging in the pool. The staff were absolutely amazing, super helpful and friendly. Having a bedroom that opened directly out into the pool felt exceedingly luxurious, and having restaurant quality meals delivered directly to your villa was downright sinful. We loved it.

The villa had a bit of a weird layout. You had to step over the bath on one side to get to the floating bed over the pool. The stairs inside the pool were sharp, and the floors could become very slippery and hazardous. Our room was just below the restaurant, so I felt it was lacking a bit of privacy. The volume on the TV was a bit weird, and the WIFi would drop out semi-regularly. There's a small gap between the ceiling and the outside roof, so we had Tokay Geckos that would regularly get inside and sound off, cute but a little disruptive to sleep.

Overall this was a lovely stay. The room was spacious and air conditioned. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The outdoor area was beautiful. There was someone working at reception 24/7 which was super convenient. The staff were lovely and even went out of their way to decorate our room twice and bring a slice of cake out when it was my partner's birthday! Very lovely surprise. The food was pretty good too (we had both daily breakfast & room service).

The location was approximately a half hour walk to the main part of Seminyak. Our space didn't get much sunlight and we heard a fair bit of noise - but this was due to our room being right by the reception/restaurant building and its shadow covered our pool/sunbed. I am fairly sure the other rooms further away would be more sunny and quiet.
