Property was beautiful. Beds were comfortable, bedrooms and bathrooms were large, the staff were great and the pool was so refreshing

Wasn’t really an inconvenience but Gojek weren’t allowed to pick us up from the villa. Had to walk to the circle k (wasn’t a big deal for us though)

I can not begin to explain the amount of sheer happiness my family and I had whilst staying at this villa. The 3 bedroom villa was beyond beautiful (even better than the pictures) it was HUGE and perfectly accommoding for 6 people. The location is perfect, walking distance from the main strip. The staff were amazing, from being greeted every time you arrive at the front desk by security and reception to accommodating every need with kindness. The staff were very hospitable and made the experience. They even put together a beautiful arrangement for my parents' anniversary. Beyond grateful and exceeded our expectations. The villa is quiet, it's tucked away on a side street, and there is no noise during the day and night, making it a very peaceful oasis. We booked a massage in the villa, which the staff arranged for us. The massage was beautiful, very well enjoyed by all of us and with a very cheap price of 200,000 IDR. I waited until the last night, if I had known it was so good, I would've booked more times. The rooms were cleaned daily and were very clean. The beds are massive and extremely comfortable. They are huge, beautiful indoor/outdoor bathrooms that give a spa like vibe. The shower next to an outdoor oasis was esthetically pleasing. Breakfasts were very good and beautifully presented each morning. With your choice from a breakfast menu accompanied with fruit. Vegetarians are accommodated. I could go on and on about this place (and I never write reviews). This is a must stay when you are traveling to Bali.

I loved having our own private villa with pool. Everything was so clean, and we enjoyed having a beautiful bathroom in each bedroom. The staff were all lovely and very helpful in organising taxis for us. Enjoyed the morning breakfast which gave you 4 options, a full American (eggs your choice, sausages, bacon, mushroom toast) , Indonesian (Nasi goreng), pancakes/pastry or a healthy choice option (fruit bowl). Had no problems with the wifi. It was very quiet, couldn’t hear people in the next villa. The air con in the bedrooms was absolute bliss. They have provided plug in mosquito repellents in the bedrooms. There is a little mini mart (circle K) and massage around the corner 2min walk.

A few things I would like to see them add is maybe some hooks to hang the pool towels, some tea towels so we could do the dishes and dishcloth to wipe down the table. Yes the staff come in and do the dishes after breakfast, but by the end of the day all the glasses and plates are dirty. Also some plastic dishes especially having my 3 yr old granddaughter with us, we ended up buying her a little set. We smashed 3 items and were charged $AUD10 each which I thought was too expensive. It was a bit further from town or the beach, but it was only a 5 min $2 taxi ride.

The amenities, staff, the services and cleanliness. Everything was absolutely amazing. Surely staying here again on my next trip to Bali

The host Ms Suci and her crew were accommodating, friendly and prompt to respond to our queries. The villa was new and clean.

An issue with the toilet at one time but it was fixed quickly by the maintenance crew

The room, the bed, the bathroom, and the pool are the best! Good internet service is also another great point. I can enjoy my favorite TV show before bed. Location also superb. Close to the main road (Sunset Road) with direct access to airport, while not so far from the hustle bustle of Seminyak area and the nice beaches and beach clubs with best sunset view.

Breakfast could be improved, especially the pastry. To include laundry in the service would be great knowing people may stay longer. Also, I missed scissors and bottle opener during my stay. We were provided by 3 knives, but I think 1 extra scissors would complete it.

Breakfast Menu is Exceptional even though there is no restaurant at the Villa. We were served with delicious breakfast even though some of the cooking was a little salty. But we passed our comment to the concierge and was followed through.

There are couple of things that The Villa could look into it in making The Villa a 5 Stars Accommodations. The position of the panelling on the shower area just isn't right. Causing shower water sprayed all over the outside shower area on both of the rooms. Thousand feets crawling around the shower area is not something that you want to see.Furthermore ants all over the kitchen area. Sure it cause from my friends eating foods and not seal it properly thus attract these ants. However, there is a product called Ant Rids this might help.

the villa had a modern and minimalist feel, which we absolutely loved. it was very clean and had everything we needed like toiletries, hair dryer, kitchen was filled with all the cutlery, cups, bowls and basically every equipment needed for cooking. there was even a drinking water dispenser with hot water, which impressed us. we loved the private pool and they provided extra pool towels as well. rooms smelled fragrant and to welcome us on the first day, they had already switched the air conditioner on. when we arrived, the host were very friendly, they explained the different facilities and how to use certain things in the room. they also went the extra mile to remember that we wanted hot milk for breakfast by noting down. they also tried to get rid of insects for us 😅 i would like to comment Suci who constantly checked and asked us if we needed anything and asked for feedback throughout our stay. She accommodated to our requests as well. overall the villa is a great place to relax and rest as it is quiet, would recommend to others especially because it is value for money to get an exceptional villa like this.

the location is not very convenient, it is quite deep inside with narrow roads. as the toilet was partially outdoors, there were insects like i encountered a few lizards and a cockroach but i understand this is normal and natural. the locks to the villa doors did not feel the most secure and the ones to the room had gaps between the doors when closing. the toilet flush was also not very strong.

Very spacious villa with private pool. Staff is attentive and helpful. Breakfast was served in the Villa daily… it’s awesome!

Wifi was not stable and weak connectivity with our devices. Due to the nature area, there were many insects around but couldn’t find repellent in Villa. The location of the Villa was a bit further in from main road, you wouldn’t want to walk out at night.

Everything from check in to check out was so simple and smooth the staff expecially mr pande gave us the best service through out our stay he is very well trained and humble towards my family. The villa picture in the website and physically was the same no words can discribe our stay and will deffinetly return to the villa once we have the chance!! Kudos to the host for the best service given to us
