The staff were amazing! Location is great. Right next to potato head, however not too loud. There was an event on one of the nights, and the staff advised us and provided earplugs. It wasn’t bad once in our room. Our 4 year old and 5 year old loved kids club! Dayu especially was amazing! We can’t thank her enough for how much fun our kids had, which allowed us to have some down time too. Tiwi was so great to deal with on the front desk. She checked in with us every day to ask if we needed anything to make our stay more enjoyable. Spa was great. It was welcoming for children to get mum/dad and kid massage/treatment. Facilities also amazing. Yoga at the resort for an extra price and boxing. 3 pools too. We will absolutely return. Thank you!

Multiple room change . Air con wasn’t working in the assigned room , pillows were dirty. We had to change it 3 times.

We loved the food at the restaurant and the cocktails were great! My kids LOVED the kids club. It was definitely a highlight for them. The staff were super friendly. It was in a great location. We will definitely be going back!

The balcony’s have a big gap at the bottom that kids can climb under, so I felt super uncomfortable with my kids on the balcony. We didn’t know they had a hold buggy to drop you off to Seminyak Square until the second last day, so that was a little frustrating.

Beautiful property very well maintained. 3 pools, a great buffet breakfast and close to great restaurants, shopping and the beach.

Environmentally Montigo Resorts must really improve. Handing out 6 small waters in small plastic bottles each day to each room is poor. No provision to keep towels, or bed linen longer than a day is silly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Montigo. The Garden rooms are very spacious and gave a very homely feel. Breakfast was really good but out of all the staff are absolutely amazing, kind hearted and went out of their way for us on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this resort to any anyone . The facilities are really great as well and there is a constant vibe about the place. Great spa to. Excellent location. Thank you soo much Montigo!! What an exceptional resort, loving staff. Loved everything about the resort

Close to everything, short walk to great restaurants, beach etc. Lovely room with a great view on the 5th floor, so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the view. Lovely pools, we liked the garden pool at the back as nice and quiet. Staff were so lovely and friendly.

There is nothing we disliked

We enjoyed it , location and breakfast was great. Pools were good and staff were friendly. Gym was good too. Potato head next door was handy, No worries letting the teens stay out and it was super easy and safe to get back to the hotel at night.

We had a bottom garden room - it was smelly we got a bad room near drains. Wouldn’t recommend a ground floor room, the Internal door was good with family. The Garden room outdoor area, was very average. Balcony rooms looked much nicer but we were unable to change - so we stuck it out. Other than that it was nice and suited our family with teenage kids.

WOW.., this hotel resort is absolutely fabulous. I highly recommended this hotel, and can’t speak highly enough of it. I would actually also state that it is a hotel resort within a gorgeous tropical paradise garden. One with three swimming pools, one set within a relaxing garden setting, a fabulous family pool, and one near the bar with swim up seating. The prices for food and drinks are very reasonable. The atmosphere created by the incredible management and staff at this hotel is one you would find in a lovely family hotel. The standard of care, attentiveness and kindness delivered by the staff, is one I’ve never found before in another hotel anywhere in the world. Both myself and my wife were completely stunned by this hotel and have already booked for next year. The spa at the hotel is so amazing and again reasonably priced, professional with a relaxing atmosphere. It is full of Bali style with lovely staff, highly recommended. The hotel is very clean, comfortable. Trust me don’t book another hotel in this area, book this one!!

Montigo resort is definitely the place for us in Seminyak, the staff are all amazing and go above and beyond, We were treated like family and this was our second stay there in 18 months and we will be back to stay again in 2025 .the resort is definitely very popular it has every thing you need and more , the day spa is absolute top notch . The location is very central, close to the beach and shopping districts, plenty of restaurants and bars / clubs near by . Gold stars 🌟 from us 😊👍

Location; in a busy, happening area and a street with lots of outlets, shops and mini-marts around, in fact, two just across the small front road. Walkable, and a lovely pleasant walk it is, along streets full of cafes and shops on the way to Seminyak Beach.....Also bang next to the Potatohead Beach Club. Service was very good; staff were always smiling and pleasant, would greet us when we came across them and were happy to help. Housekeeping service was very good, responsive and quick. We opted for a larger room category and these were quite spacious and comfortable.

Although breakfast was quite good; I felt they could have some more options for vegetarians and maybe some options that appeal to an Indian palette, of which there were none...we did see Indians guests other than us there so they have the clientele and probably could have more if they cater to their tastes
