We were a group of seven people and stayed at this villa for just one night. We truly wished we had more time to fully enjoy everything it had to offer. The property was beautiful, and the private pool was the perfect touch for our last day in Bali. The villa was well-maintained, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was excellent—just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, shopping stores, ATMs, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay. We’d love to return for a longer visit next time!

It’s a large villa in a convenience location of center seminyak. The location is great,near a lot of popular shops and restaurants. We enjoyed to stay here.

Property location is great, next door to Mrs sippy. Property is big. Staff, Krishna and Ratna 10/10 we loved them.

Property photos need updating, it’s as though property hasn’t been maintained in 2 years due to COVID. Trees cover pool so quite cold. Frequently lost wifi. Lost power one night. Upstairs rooms not that cool. Needs some TLC

The location of the villa was very good and the spacing and size was good. The attention and the cleaning of the staff was good and the response rate was efficient. Overall the stay was pleasant for a family.

The building was a little run down, needs renovation and work in it. The showers were old and the hot water was a problem, the master bathroom shower was leaking and the floor would be flooded after a shower. Additionally the swimming pool water was very cold, a heater would be VERY helpful to install so that guests can enjoy the facilities.

- Pool was large and have sufficient depth (1,5 m) for leisure swimming. - Most of the facilities such as bed, room, light, bath/water, AC, fan and toilet are functional with some exceptions described above . - Staff Bli Agus was very supportive and helpful, he is even willing to go to villa in the midnight to help see the issue described above - Large area of the villa - Near to many night entertainment places, located in good area - If you want to stay for bed and shower for group of 8 people or more and not staying much in villa during your stay I think this villa is worth of money for you

- Gazebo on rooftop was no longer there - Villa overall was very dated with a lot of stain in floor, bedrooom and glasses, most wood material are also weathered and stained; also some part of the was weirdly designed: 1 bathroom, the inside can be directly seen from balcony. Another bathroom, the tap for shower is outside the shower box, so you need to go back and forth inside and outside the shower box to turn on/off shower. All in all the villa desperately need refreshment - Kitchen was somewhat dirty and most cutlery were dated and some are stained. - Regarding villa functionality: third night one of bathroom light and electricity is off; and last morning during stay the water for overall villa is off thus we need to expedite check out so we can use bathroom in airport. - Even though the staff is helpful, he can't do much since according the staff, most of the problem need help from engineering team to solve and this engineering team did not swiftly fix the problem until we check out - I believe there is enough space for a car park but somehow the gate was built too small so the medium car can't enter, only fit for motorcycles. Probably should invest a bit to make bigger gate so the car can enter. - if you want to stay for ambience and atmosphere and plan to spend much time in villa during your stay, I am not sure this villa is for you
