location: quite possibly the best location in Seminyak. i say this because its tucked away in a quite street yet you dont feel it is isolated. walk for less than 5 mins left or right and you shall be treated to a plethora or busy cafes, amenities, shopping, convenience. Staff: super friendly, whatsapp messaging option, lightning quick responses, every single staff remembers your name.. only god knows how they do it. Room service is amazing - they come and clean religiously with in minutes of you requesting or as per their daily schedule and even wash kitchen utensils. Villa: free flowing filters hot, Cold and normal water and replenished whenever the 5 litres water finishes so no need to buy those irritating plastic bottles nice balance of outdoor and indoor area - Both the rooms equipped with chilled AC host to some beautiful bird noises extremely private - no one can even get a sneak peak pool is huge, well maintained and looks amazing. Breakfast - good food but limited options. highly recommend taking “BF not included option” as the surroundings are overfilled with amazing cost effective options. you can still opt a breakfast at $9 Aud per person which is not bad at all. Massage / Spa- reasonable, inhouse, experienced and completely professional masseuse privacy lockers to store your valuables 24/7 security to make you feel safe.

only being extremely critical here!! but these are what we didnt like - limited Lunch Options - Excellent Balaneese food but below avg western food. pool is quite deep - starts at 1.2 meters and resort wont supply barricades. we had a 2.5 year old so had to be super duper cautious every single second Spa - although massage was amazing, the body scrub mani and pedicure werent upto the mark ( per my wife ) Gym - Please dont call that a Gym - those are outdated rusting crap assembled in a room and gave it a name! avoid or suffer!!

Room was cleaned everyday , towels changed as well . Very big room nice large bed , enjoyed the pool . The property close to restaurants , shopping malls few minutes walk .Breakfast variety to choose good enough .Staff in the reception kindly allowed us to leave our luggage since our flight is quite late at night midnight . They offered we can use the pool as well , towels which we did . I like the location very quiet away from the busy streets .

We absolutely loved staying here and would definitely return. The pool was amazing and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. Loved the ease of using watsapp for room service, we used it to order cocktails to the pool as well. This place was amazing value for money too. We had massages and facials and they were really good. Everything was also really clean and we used the laundry service which was great too. 10/10 reccomend.

Honestly I can’t fault it. The beds are on the harder side but we slept so well it wasn’t a problem. Other people in their reviews said the pool was slippery to get out of, we really didn’t find this at all, perhaps it’s something they fixed.

The location is outstanding, just a few minutes walk to Eat Street, Seminyak Square and an abundance of quality restaurants. Its a very safe and quiet area of Seminyak, so perfect for kids (ours are 13 and 11) The service was outstanding, from the greeting on arrival to our departure. We really loved just using Whats App for anything you required, extra towels, ice etc and the staff were there in a flash. The rooms in our villa were very clean, beds comfortable and good pressure in the shower. Pool was sparkling as was the main pool area, Gym was ample and unfortunately we didn't get time to get a spa treatment, so ne review on that.

The kitchen area is clean but could use a tiny bit of extra attention to the cupboards (but that's just me) and larger coffee cup's would be ideal. Living area is generally clean except for the little birds that like to come in an nest in the rafters (I did cop a bird dropping or 2 over the week), I would suggest a large fan up there to keep them away and add a bit of breeze when its still and humid. We did dine in the restaurant for breakfast and that was the only thing that didn't blow us away, so we just went up the road (1 minute) each morning to Monet (French and amazing breakfast) and could still access the hotel wifi from there :)

Our family of 4 booked a 2 bedrooms vila at Mutiara hotel for 9 days. We had our private swimming pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Outside family living area is also spacious. The kitchen is handy with inbuilt water fountain with hot, cold and chilled filleted water. The room service was excellent. We communicated with staff over Whatsapp. Whenever we needed something they were always attending at earliest time. The hotel has public pool as well. The breakfast was included in our deal. It's lovely meal with fresh fruits provided every morning. The location is great. Not only it is situated on a quite street also close to many restaurants and Semiyak square. On our last day, the hotel provided us with a separate room to allow us to have somewhere to rest as our check out was at 10am, but flight took off at 8pm. Overall the hotel staffs were all very friendly. The hotel facilities were clean, functional and family friendly. Our family would like to say Thanks to the hotel to provide us such great experience on our 1st trip at Bali. We will definitely book this hotel again.

The only and also very important area we would like to point it out it is the tile floor around pool inside Vila. It's super slippery. I had really bad fall on my first day and caused me enormous pain from my lower back and knee, had big impact on my mobility for the entire trip. I am getting much better now but still can't walk fast or sit for long. Just hope that hotel can use non slippery mats around pool area or bathroom floor to prevent anyone gets injured.

Spacious and comfortable accommodation, had big smart screen TV in both rooms if you wanted to watch Netflix etc, big garden in villa, staff were very helpful, property clean and well maintained, great bathroom and big comfortable bed, very private, villa gardens are not overlooked at all. Located 3 min walk from new Seminyak shopping center, and short 10 minute stroll past the flea market to the beach (ku de ta -when on beach keep left for 5/10 mins and there are great beach front bars/restaurants

The only issue for me was the central location and during the day there was the noise from motorcycles etc, this isn't a fault of the hotel and would be a problem with most accommodation in the Kuta/Legian/Seminyak area unless you stay in a large beachfront resort. No coffee choice at breakfast just pot of filter but we picked up great take away flat whites from Minot on the corner (30 sec walk)and brought them in when we wanted them

We were a group of 4 and stayed in the 2 bedroom suite villa in Sept'24. Very spacious villa inside and out. It has an outdoor kitchen with basic utensils/crockery, toaster, microwave and fridge. There is also a drinking fountain with instant boiling water and cold water so no need to purchase bottled water. The outdoor lounge area is nice and roomy. Good air conditioning in the bedrooms and spacious bathroom, though it does get very warm in there due to it being partially open. The pool is amazing and big and is surrounded by a large garden area so there's ample room to move around. Very quiet area with high fences so not interrupted by other guests in neighbouring villas. All the staff are wonderful and happy, always acknowledging you with a smile and a hello when passing. Internal service was quick when needed. Location is excellent to the main shopping strips and eateries, only a few minutes walk away.

Even though we highly rate the villa, we did have and issue in one bathroom with a continuing leaking basin tap when used. Needed to have towels wrapped around the back of the tap to stop water dripping onto the floor. We did notify the front office straight away about it but said they didn't have a spare one to fix which was a bit disappointing, so hopefully it is now fixed. The outdoor kitchen is a little weathered and can do with a revamp but was still usable

We had a 4 Bedroom villa, It was definitely big enough which was a big tick, The private pool was big enough also. The gym there is modern and nice to use. The Staff are amazing and Helpful. All 4 bedrooms were pretty much the same and the aircon worked well in all 4 bedrooms.

The Kitchen, I like to look after myself and the Kitchen was not very nice to use.. Very dirty and a very bad smell came from only god knows where.. I ended up taping one of the cupboards to try and trap the smell. The water out of the taps wasn't the most pleasant to use, I know its not recommended to use any tap water but for some reason the water was different to other places we had stayed in Bali. The Villa common area is open plan, I liked the aspect of it all but it got really hot and had to hide in the room as there was no aircon in the common area.

We were 2 couples and our stay was exceptionally well. The rooms are clean with everything you need to make your stay pleasant. We got the chance to stay in a double room , with a big shared pool outside, also in a private villa with private pool. Everything looks outstanding. The employees are friendly, always smiling and at your disposal. Good food at their own restaurant, not to mention that they just changed all the machines and weights in the gym, so everything is brand new. In the last day, normally check-out was at 12:00, but the manager Mr. Suarta allowed us to check out late. Many thanks for that.
