We liked the uniqueness of the property and all the things it had. It felt like it was made to live there, and there wasn't much need to go out, but we wanted to go out. The food they prepared was great and the massages for the honeymoon package. I didn't use all of my time on the massages and they let me transfer the time to my wife. The pool was nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was giant and spacious too.

The one thing we didn't like was, for some reason on our last night a bunch of mosquitoes got in and started biting us the middle of the night. The staff were very nice and gave us an extra can of bug killer spray stuff, but it would be nice to have some other ways to kill them. They did have some bug spray that was made there, but it didn't seem to work that great.

The villa is exactly as soon and just so lovely. So much space, the most amazing fly comfortable bed, incredible sized pool and quite possibly the best bean bag pool lounger ever! Having a large water dispenser was great. The staff were super helpful, friendly and hospitable. As I was working the table chairs can be a little uncomfortable when sat for hours at a time, they gave me a more comfortable office chair as soon I asked which was outstanding. Such a lovely touch of having breakfast cooked in your villa and actually a very good breakfast selection including gluten and dairy free menus. Again, not a common offering elsewhere. Location is much closer to the main area than it seems, super easy to get anywhere. The free airport pickup was a brilliant touch and not so common in most places. Would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you to everyone for making the stay so lovely.

Would have been great to have a normal kettle (for tea drinkers, there was a full coffee machine there) in the kitchen as the hot water for the dispenser doesn’t stay hot. Any maybe some more plug sockets would have been helpful. Nothing major at all.

We loved everything about this villa. So much space, pool was large and clean. The staff were exceptional and catered for all our needs. Breakfast cooked fresh every morning, lunch was beautiful and the evening bbq was crazy good. Their drivers were so friendly and happy to take as around Seminyak when needed. We will return.

Perfect villa, as nice and sexy as on the photos, romantic. Chilling and private, very nice staff and service, everything brilliant, recommend for 100%. Just... hm.... Make sure you understand how Bali is, before you go here for the first time, look for google Street View, etc: We were lucky we had such a wonderfull villa and could stay there all time without going out:)

The villas are quiet even though you are located in the busy area of Seminyak. Hardly any noise from outside which is great. The villa itself was comfortable, nice pool, inside and outside space and has a private gazebo for massages! The pool is large and lush, is well taken cared of and gives you a great escape from the heat. There are 9 villas at the property, and the staff is super attentive with all your requests and wishes. It was possible to communicate with the staff for inquiries via Whatsapp during our stay. They respond fast and can mostly accommodate your wishes. As service the hotel provides a driver which can pick up and drop off from the airport. Besides that on request and availability, it’s possible to request the driver to drive you to any restaurant or other public facilities in Seminyak. At the property itself there is a very small Japanese restaurant Shiro available. The restaurant has great Japanese food! We loved our stay at One Eleven, for us it was a quiet getaway from our busy life. We also really liked the staff which are very kind and attentive!

The flooring of the villa is very slippery when water is on the floor around the living room and kitchen area.

The property was beautiful! All of the people at the property were so friendly and helpful. Everything was made super easy. The room was absolutely incredible and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t fault anything about our experience.

I loved the design of the house, open to a big garden and a big pool. It is equipped with everything I needed. Loved having the chefs coming to cook my breakfast everyday in the kitchen. It was a real pleasure to be looked after. Also shout out to the great service from the team. Always helpful, funny and offering great tips. They clearly go the extra mile to make the customer feel good. I was surprise that the hotel offered free shuttle back and forth to the airport AND anytime I wanted to go around to explore Seminyak. That was not promoted on their website. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

Best villa I've ever stayed at in Bali. The villa is beautiful, spacious, super clean, comes with a large pool and even your own massage gazebo. There were days we didn't even want to leave the villa because we just enjoyed the ambience and facilities so much. The service was also excellent, especially the chef coming in to cook breakfast every day, the shuttle service around Seminyak and pick-up service to and from the airport. The villa is also a short walk away from Jln Kayu Aya where all the shops, restaurants and cafes are at.

The villas are well laid out and are more than enough space for 2 people. All lawns and gardens were maintained really well.

There wasn’t a lot to dislike about the property, if I was being picky, the tiled area in the living and lounge area got slippery after getting out of the pool. An extra few pool towels fixed that though.

would prefer a buffet breakfast, the breakfast in the room felt like it was not fresh and it was recooked when they came in the room.

A buffet or more fresh food. The Japanese restaurant could have been a little better.
