Breakfast was pretty good. Nice selection of fresh fruits & freshly squeezed juice. The pastries & egg selections were also very good. The Indonesian breakfast choices were delicious.

Location, villa size, all staff helpfulness and friendliness, Krisna always asked if all ok and what could we suggest to help improve the place... he was an excellent leader !!

Outdoor kitchen/ table should be sprayed every day due to the ants.. by the time your breakfast reached your villa it was cold, shame, as it was always very nice.. they just need a device to keep it warm....

We loved the location of The Club Villas as well as the space of the villa. The pool was the perfect size for us with our small children (1 and 3 y/o). The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms spacious. Towels were changed everyday and they were HUGE

The breakfast options got a bit repetitive but were tasty none the less. The villa is on two levels and has very steep, tiled stairs leading to the second floor which if you are travelling with small mobile children it's something to be aware of.

Super friendly staff and always asking if everything was going well. Great position in seminyak, right in the middle of the food and shopping area. Large villa huge personal pool 9m x 6m.

Not much, just some ants in the kitchenette.

The Privacy was like being in your own bubble if u wanted 2 be. The Bed was huge & comfortable. We loved how big the place is. Overall we enjoyed our time here & we really didn't need anything from the staff but any time we did they were wonderful, very polite & helpful.

The Bugs outside the main door (which we did try 2 get rid off but no luck) & The lounge area could do with updating (which I'm sure in time it will happen) & a new Kitchen sink. Somewhere to put ur shower things while in the shower & drying rack for clothes. These things we didn't find as negatives more like constructive criticism. We would happily stay at The villas again

The room was clean and comfortable the pool was maintained and housekeeping was on point, although the decor was dated the premises was in good condition, and very safe and private, the location was amazing, Staff were friendly:

The TV did not work and had to ask several times for it to be fixed, when it was only one Chanel available which was a preview Chanel , even though you don’t go on holiday to watch TV, it’s nice to put on to wind down before bed, so big fail, advertise satellite TV which doesn’t exist. The breakfast we only ate once, extremely limited choice and very bland. House keeping were good but forgot each day to replace water and toilet paper, which just became annoying. I would of also liked a clothes rack to dry bathers and towels, we did ask if we could have one but there was nothing available. Some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels would be helpful to assist in drying

The highlight of this villa is absolutely the private pool, which is a great size, perfect depth and maintains a very nice warm temperature. Being able to go for a swim any time of day without strangers around you is the best!! The villa itself is a great size with separate bedroom, kitchen and semi-outdoor bathroom featuring a shower that's open to the sky. Breakfast is served in the villa every morning with both Western and local options available along with great coffee. The villas are located just off Seminyak's main street, so there are ample dining and shopping options just a short walk away. A longer walk of 15 to 30 minutes will get you to most of the adjacent beaches. Staff are super sweet, friendly and helpful with 24 hours reception desk. The villas are very safe with on-site security booth. 110% sure I would stay here again.

The villas are dated and need a good refurbishment. Sheets and towels are thin from age, but still super clean. We had to report minor maintenance issues almost every day, ranging from air con not working properly to safety issues like broken pool chairs. On the positive side, once reported they dispatched maintenance staff right away to fix the issue or replace the broken items.

This was our 4th time staying at the Club Villa's, Seminyak, so we knew what to expect. What came as a surprise was the change in the breakfast menu. A major change and improvement on the old menu. We love the location and the seclusion the Villa's offer, so we can simply 'flop & drop' to rest, recoup and relax prior to going back to work. We have always enjoyed ourselves here, so much so, that we already have holidays booked early 2025, so we booked our next holiday staying here (5th time), whilst we were still there on our last holiday. Nothing like getting ahead of things. :-)

Toilet seat needs to be replaced within Villa 23, but other than that, nothing else to mention here.

The staff were all so so nice! Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was huge! The pool was the perfect size and very private. The location was incredible. It was right off Eat St in Seminyak and and easy walk to the beach too. We would definitely stay again!

Not much - but at a pinch, the floor was a little dusty, perhaps from building works across the street. We just wore the provided slippers and all was good. The artificial grass under the outdoor shower wasn't nice to shower under but we just positioned the shower over the tiles and it was fine. Aside from that we couldn't fault a thing.

The location was excellent. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delivered each day, you need to order the day before for this to happen. Air con was excellent in the rooms

Mozzies we extra. I know this isn't the hotels fault. We bought bug spray and sprayed the rooms each night. They also supplied some plug in mozzie things. My family stayed here too. Sometimes their power would switch off or their water would be off. The staff moved them to a different villa but had some similar problems. I had no issues with power or water. Probably needed a fan in the main area as its outside.
