Well-located spot, close to bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. Staff were friendly. In-house restaurant was great and well-priced. Swimming pool was a great size and very clean!

The let-down was the size of the bedroom and bathroom. Bedroom was small and very dimly lit. The bathroom had air vents open to the outside and a door to the pool area that had a big gap - both couldn’t be closed, which let in insects and made the bathroom very hot (no aircon or fan in bathroom). We couldn’t leave the door open between the bathroom and bedroom as that would let insects into the bedroom - didn’t want mosquito bites while we slept! So we’d shower and then be immediately hot/sweaty again!

Absolute privacy - quiet & peaceful. Good size pool for two, good amount of sun & shade. Staff exceedingly friendly and welcomed us 'home' every time we came back. Great location but not as on Apple Maps - follow google maps! Few minutes walk to Seminyak Square and plenty to eat & drink close by. Loads of taxis & bikes around if you want to go further afield - we walked to Kuta along the beachfront which took around an hour.

Not much at all! The only thing was you could see the toilet from certain spots outside so we just closed the blinds which solved that!

Spacious. Walking distance to main strip of Seminyak. Staff are friendly. Good amenities and full supply of toiletries if required.

Positioned very close to main road so noisy all day and night - other villas (I think the odd number villas) in the complex may be quieter as they are built back from the road. Doesn’t get a great amount of sun. Where the loungers are positioned in the villa I was in, there is no sun (at least during June).

Genuinely I am not one to review not have ever taken the time to do so, but this place deserves it & I would love other people to have the same experience we did. Walking distance into seminyaks main street and popular places like motel mexicola, sisterfields sea circus the flea markets and endless other food and drink venues. The villa was perfect, huge and spacious, super clean and comfortable and we were heartbroken to leave. THE STAFF are incredible, BAGUS, SHANTI EVERYONE - there are too many literal walking angels to name. They became like family and I genuinely cried when saying goodbye. They are always the happiest humans alive and will do ANYTHING to make you comfortable. We had a friend come and visit our villa daily and they even went so far as to escort her home one evening I fell ill. There is nothing that they could have done better, the place couldn't have been more incredible and if you are looking at this property do yourself a favour and BOOK, i promise you it will be the best bali holiday of your life!!!

Beautiful Vila. Extremely clean. Perfect facilities and restaurant nice. Would recommend to friends. Within close walking distance to Seminyak beach clubs and within couple of mins taxi to other areas of interest. Staff all extremely friendly.

We loved our stay at the Royal Samaja Villas. Super friendly and kind staff. We had villa 7 which was on the quiet side of the property. Would ask for one on that side again not that I think the other side is noisy. Villa was really nice with pretty gardens and we LOVED the pool, we used it at least 4 times a day. On site restaurant was really good with lots of dining options. They make a 'mean' cocktail! Super easy access to Seminyak square and other places to eat. Will definitely be back.

Facilities were clean and to standard. Room service from restaurant was great and we ate it often. Staff were super friendly and made sure we had the best stay. The location of the villas is perfect being a short walk away from shops and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again.

The villa we stayed in was very spacious and well set out and had a good size private pool. We liked having the restaurant attached giving us the option to eat there or have it delivered to our villa. The staff are so helpful and friendly and even set up an amazing and delicious candlelight dinner at our villa for us.

Our villa backed onto a road that was a little noisy at times but we got used to it.

The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The villa was spacious- the bed and pillows were comfortable and the AC worked well. We couldn’t hear any outside noise from the bedroom. Bathroom facilities were very good- rain shower with hot water and good water pressure, pleasing range of amenities, big bath and the towels were large and soft. Beach towels were provided for the pool. Outdoor area was spacious and equipped with a fan. Mosquito repellent was provided. Pool was a good size. Restaurant had a great range of cocktails and there were sufficient breakfast options. Location was fantastic- less than 5 mins walk to Seminyak village and multiple cafes.

I would like more storage/ wardrobe space in the bedroom- perhaps remove the daybed. Also a mirror in the bedroom with good lighting. Fridge in the kitchen area could be bigger. More power points needed for charging devices, including in the outdoor area and at the sides of the bed.
