Big pool and location

Bit of insect in the room and outdoor area

The location was slightly out of the main drag but we appreciated the quiet. it is a 30 minute walk (in the heat) to the bustle of Seminyak

The property felt poorly maintained. No hand soap, shower shelf broken, toilet did not always flush. Just a few things could have made it feel better.

The size of the villa is very large with a super large pool. The villa itself is a bit sparsely decorated, Bed was huge however the pillows are too hard and too high. We couldn’t use the bath because the water pressure wasn’t that great. Didn’t have any issues with the wifi despite others before having issues. Breakfast could use a little improvement as it’s very basic it also never arrived on time and I had to regularly call to remind them,it’s also probably not worth the money. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the minibar is quite cheap which we found useful and the scooter rental was cheap also. my conclusion is that I would come back here however is a bit expensive compared to other villas that give a better experience. maybe keep your prices reasonable for more business.

Pillows too hard, I suggest having two hard and two soft pillows.

The whole property was very nice. The pool was clean and there were cold beverages in the fridge. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much to ask.

The hotel next door did overlook the property but we didn’t let that interfere with our swimming.

The staff mainly was the reason I had fun. They were all so kind to me. All had time to say hello and were extremely kind. The cleaners, the front desk, every employee were smiles and made me very cheerful. I have stomach problems, and Koomang suggested chicken porriage, I make this at home in Australia now, and I feel 10x better than any type of medication here in Aus. I miss the Villa and will be returning when I can 😁. Thankyou to all of you. Bless you all 🙏 ❤️.

I had no problems at all. If people complain about lizards 🦎 or ants it's very silly. It's Bali! Enjoy the nature. No ants or lizards in room so it doesn't matter. I loved the little lizards outside ☺️. They are cute they are no danger, they are a blessing!

- Only one small ceiling fan in main villa area - Does not have TV channels as advertised - Occasional lack of in house menu items and available room service despite stating 24/7 service - Oversized bathroom - Safety deposit box too small - No laundry collection service as advertised - No torch in wardrobe as advertised

It’s really worth it staying in this villa. The service provided by the team is excellent too. They are very responsive and always try their best to fulfill our requests. The location of the villa is good too. I feel safe staying here and it’s very private and quiet at night too. We would like to shoutout to the girl who work at the reception counter. She is very friendly and always helpful. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Cleanliness for the villa is not 10/10. There are few stains found in the bathtub, shower head and their kitchenware. We wanted to boil hot water but found that there are white color water stains in the kettle. The cooking pot as well. However, they did provide makeup room for us everyday (unless you put the “privacy” sign). Would be better if they could replace our bathroom floor mat everyday too as it gets dirtier towards the end of our stay.

Lovely private villa, quiet surroundings. Cute little pool and relaxing master suite. Close to local shops/restaurants. Staff very accommodating and helped to make my partners birthday trip special.

Not a huge issue but just as feedback - our bath tub leaked out on to the bathroom floor a lot. There seemed to be rising damp on the wall in the bedroom and it’d created wet patches/poor rendering across the whole wall. Again not a problem, just didn’t look great and perhaps someone should check it out 😊 the only other negative is we tried to order room service one day but they had hardly anything in stock, called for pizza but had none so we ordered calamari, 10 minutes later we got a call back and they said they didn’t have that either so we gave up and ate out again. It just would’ve been nice to have food onsite that day so despite the robust menu, it was actually quite limited.
